The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere with only eight counter seats, blending a down-to-earth feel with a modern touch. It was a delightful ambiance. The menu offered a wide variety of dishes, and the pacing of the service was just right. From shrimp and squid to more challenging dishes like eggplant and shellfish, everything was delicious. You can choose between tempura sauce or salt, and the staff will recommend which one best suits each dish. Although not pictured, they also provide dessert and tea at the end of the meal. In late December, the dessert was Shine Muscat grapes. I usually have a weak stomach and tend to experience indigestion after fried foods, but I didn't feel any discomfort the next day.

This restaurant has garnered significant attention since its establishment by a chef who previously worked at a highly renowned establishment. It opened last July. I've tried to visit several times since its opening, but it was always fully booked or reserved, indicating its immense popularity. Finally, I was able to make my first visit to this popular restaurant. The interior features a calm atmosphere with counter seating. It's a comfortable setting that doesn't make you feel tense at all. At lunchtime, they only offer one dish: a tendon (¥2,000). The tendon was quite substantial. It was definitely a generous portion, and while I found it a bit challenging to finish everything, it's impressive how it didn't leave me feeling heavy even after eating a large amount. It was a luxurious tendon with a variety of ingredients. Everything was delicious, including the shrimp, eggplant, squid, and shiitake mushrooms, but the conger eel was particularly memorable. It was large and fluffy. For a tendon with such a large piece of conger eel, ¥2,000 is a steal. I was very satisfied with the value for money.

I casually dropped in for lunch on a weekend. The counter is incredibly clean. It's meticulously maintained. The conger eel, squid, shrimp, shiitake mushrooms, and eggplant were all fried to a delicious crisp. The tempura sauce, or rather, the dipping sauce, is not sweet and is quite light, so it's not cloying. However, those accustomed to sweet sauces might find it a bit bland. The amount of tempura was generous and satisfying. The owner and the young staff were also very friendly and attentive. This place is definitely becoming one of my favorites.

A tempura restaurant with eight counter seats. The classic shrimp and conger eel were delicious, of course, but I was impressed by the freshness of the squid, which they offered in two varieties: cuttlefish and flying squid. They also served clam tempura, which was a nice touch. The owner was also a pleasure to chat with. ☺️ Thank you for the delicious meal!

This was the best tempura I've ever had. The balance of the batter, ingredients, salt, and dipping sauce was exquisite. From classic dishes to rare ingredients, everything was delicious. I will definitely be coming back here for business dinners and other occasions.
