I had lunch here. It seems like this restaurant is open 24 hours a day, as you'd expect from an airport. I heard they charge a 10% surcharge at night. All the ingredients were incredibly fresh and delicious. However... the prices are a bit steep, typical of airport pricing. Looking around, it seems like there's a lot of inbound tourism due to the location, so for customers benefiting from the weak yen, it might not feel that expensive. But for Japanese people, it might be a bit pricey. I don't think it's suitable for those who don't have a strong craving for sushi right at that moment, like when you're returning home and suddenly feel like having sushi. The quality of the ingredients, the atmosphere, the location, and the service are all excellent.
It felt like a more expensive version of a conveyor belt sushi restaurant. This place is open 24 hours, which is great for travelers. When you enter, there's a counter seating area, and in the back, you can see tables like those found in conveyor belt sushi restaurants. Once you sit down, there's a touch panel. Many restaurants are using touch panels for ordering these days, which is probably cost-effective for the owners and makes the system easy to use, but it feels impersonal. The tea is served in a teacup with a tea bag, and you get hot water from a dispenser on the counter. The sushi is made by a chef at the counter, but everything else is like a conveyor belt sushi restaurant. The sushi itself was okay (the tuna was good), but the rice was small and lacked flavor. The price was high. I only had a few pieces of sushi and left.
A sushi restaurant located inside Haneda Airport. It has both counter and table seating, and is bustling with customers from various countries. The prices are quite high, considering it's an airport. The ingredients were fresh and the taste was good. While the value for money is not great, it's understandable since I was able to enjoy delicious sushi before departing.
We visited for dinner. There were many foreign visitors, and we waited about 10 minutes to be seated. The rice was made with red vinegar, giving it a subtle sweetness. The sushi was fluffy and melted in your mouth, which was great 👍. However, the quality of the seafood was disappointing, especially considering the high price. We ended up paying 20,000 yen for three people without alcohol, which felt like Akasaka prices for the amount of food we got. I guess all the restaurants in Terminal 3 are expensive, so it's unavoidable.
After returning to Japan, I craved some quick sushi and decided to try this place. There are two restaurants on the same floor, so you're likely to find a spot. The prices are a bit high, considering the quality of the ingredients, almost like airport prices. The menu includes: - Red Snapper (420 yen) - Halibut (420 yen) - Jack Mackerel (495 yen) - Yellowtail (495 yen) - Kanpachi (660 yen) - ネギトロ Hand Roll (1100 yen) They bring out your order all at once. The pieces are small and easy to eat, so you finish quickly. There's a wide variety, making it a good spot for a quick and satisfying sushi experience.
