I visited on a weekday afternoon. There was no line, but the restaurant was almost full. I usually pass by, but today I felt like having cold dan dan noodles, so I decided to give it a try. I purchased a ticket for the limited-edition cold dan dan noodles (B) for ¥1,000 and a free rice for lunch. The noodles arrived about 5 minutes after I sat down. The ramen looked beautiful, with a spicy red oil and a white sesame soup topped with glossy thick noodles. It looked delicious. I took a sip of the sesame soup first, and the rich flavors of walnuts and sesame spread throughout my mouth. The coldness made it refreshing and not too heavy, lingering pleasantly on my tongue before fading away. Adding the red oil brought a perfect level of spice and star anise aroma, making it even more delicious! The Chinese spices were just right, but the sesame-based soup added a depth of flavor, creating a perfect balance. Next, I slurped the noodles, which had a fantastic texture and slid down smoothly, making them perfect for a cold dish. It's a dish that will keep you from feeling summer fatigue. What makes these dan dan noodles so amazing is the meat, which is like a meat sauce, even though it's dan dan noodles. It's so good that it makes you want to eat rice, and even if the spice is too much, a bite of this meat will soothe your palate with the sweetness of the onion and minced pork, leaving only deliciousness behind. The white onions blended seamlessly into the soup, and I didn't even notice they were gone. For ¥1,000, you get rice and this level of satisfaction... The cold, rich soup was so good that I ended up drinking it all, leaving me feeling guilty in many ways. I definitely want to try other items on the menu.

Noodle Yamarah @ 2-29-3 Nihonbashi Ningyocho, Chuo-ku, Tokyo Hi, this is Sapio. ______________ 🟦A summer staple! [Tastes] Sesame seeds, hot sauce This limited-time offering has become a summer tradition. I couldn't miss out on the summer-only "Chilled Tantanmen" this season! After enjoying the "Missing Person Exhibition" in Ginza, I walked 17 minutes to get here. The restaurant was about 70% full when I visited. I hadn't done my research, but this menu was apparently limited to 20 servings. I was so relieved to find it... There were two staff members in the restaurant. The owner seemed like a good talker and listener. It looks like there are a lot of regulars. The food was served promptly. ______________ 🟦Review ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ The crimson red chili oil is eye-catching. The soup has a savory sesame aroma that hits you first. Then, the sharp chili oil flavor comes through. It's probably a chili oil with dried shrimp, giving it a savory flavor. The sesame and shrimp aromas blend together beautifully. The soup is cool and refreshing with a rich, savory flavor. The noodles are thick, straight noodles specially made by "Sakurai Shoten" in Nerima. The noodles are perfectly water-finished, with excellent elasticity! This elasticity is the essence of chilled ramen. The toppings include minced meat, sunny lettuce, thread peppers, small tomatoes, and green onions. The minced meat has a sweet flavor that adds another dimension to the soup. The small tomatoes provide a touch of acidity. I finished the entire bowl, completely refreshed and satisfied! This place has a diverse menu and seems like a great place to enjoy ramen dining. I definitely want to come back again. I wonder if the owner is a foreigner or half-Japanese. The ramen, served by a handsome owner with a strong build, was surprisingly cute. Despite its appearance, it was a delicious chicken broth ramen with a thick, rich soup. It seems to also be a bar, so the prices are a bit high, but they have a wide variety of side dishes. The shiso dumplings were absolutely delicious. I wonder if 'yukari vinegar' is made by soaking yukari in vinegar... I'd like to try making it myself. However, because it's located in a back alley, the place is frequented by regulars, so newcomers might feel a little out of place.

The incredibly popular ramen shop "Men Yamaraa" in Ningyocho ✓ Recommended Points ・Ranked in the Top 5000 on Tabelog / Rating 3.71 ・A wide variety of ramen! ✓ Menu Ordered ・Taiwan Ramen ¥850 ・Assorted Gyoza ¥600 I visited on a weekday evening and was able to walk right in. The ramen at "Men Yamaraa" is characterized by its thick, creamy chicken broth. It comes topped with spicy minced pork, chives, and a raw egg, and the noodles are medium-thick, straight noodles. The noodles were perfectly coated in the thick, creamy chicken broth, and it was absolutely delicious. I was blown away by the deliciousness of the gyoza, which I ordered for the first time. The gyoza are packed with flavor, so you can enjoy them as is. The thin-skinned dough is chewy, and the juicy filling bursts out with every bite. The rich flavor of the meat spreads throughout your mouth. This is my favorite ramen shop in Ningyocho. I will definitely be back soon. Thank you for the delicious meal!

• Vending machine is on the left after entering the entrance. • If there is a line, purchase your ticket first and join the queue. • Free mini rice for weekday lunch service. 2024.07.24 Visited before going to Konomiya Shrine and ate consecutively. It was 12:00 pm and the place was full with a long queue. I braved the heat and ordered a regular-sized Taiwanese Mazesoba. I considered the service rice for the extra rice, but I had to reluctantly decline due to my stomach capacity. This Taiwanese Mazesoba is endorsed by Menya Hanabi in Nagoya. While it's milder than the original, the aroma and texture of the garlic chives, scallions, and seaweed are just right. The noodles are chewy, but slightly firm and piping hot, making for a great texture and perfect for the ingredients. It's also nice that you can customize it to your liking with the vinegar and chili oil on the table. Next time, I'll definitely have to try the seaweed rice. Thank you for the meal.
