A hidden gem of a yakiniku restaurant in Nishi-Azabu, offering luxurious private rooms. The namul and kimchi are beautifully presented and authentically flavored, especially the yukkе, which is a vibrant orange. The Tajima beef tongue, fillet, and sirloin are exquisite, with the thick-cut tongue being a truly memorable experience. Cold noodles and oxtail paella are also available, and the dessert gelato is refreshing and a heartwarming way to end the meal. The hospitality is exceptional, making it a place I would definitely return to.

A truly luxurious yakiniku course enjoyed in a completely private space. This high-end yakiniku restaurant in Nishi-Azabu offers a completely private dining experience. The service and food were exceptional. The pairing was also delicious. Perfect for dates or business entertaining. SORA ~宙~ ¥38,500 (tax included) + Pairing * Ultimate Consommé The consommé, simmered for 55 hours, stimulates the stomach before the yakiniku. * Namul Kimchi 3 types of kimchi (napa cabbage, pineapple, water kimchi (pear and Japanese ginger)) 2 seasonal side dishes - Black abalone mushroom and black shimeji namul - Stem wakame Although they are side dishes, they are generous in size, so you can enjoy them throughout the course. * Tajima-Gyu Yukke The yukke is prepared in front of you, and the can is filled with plenty of caviar, with more yukke underneath. * Thinly Sliced Tajima-Gyu Tanmoto With homemade lemon salt. * Tajima-Gyu Tan Shita They make fresh sesame oil in front of you by squeezing sesame seeds, which you can also enjoy with the meat. * Thick-Cut Tajima-Gyu Tan The grilling was perfect. * Salad * Tajima-Gyu Burger Sand The hamburger sand is prepared on the spot. The bread is generously spread with Échiré butter. The sauce is teriyaki sauce and wasabi mayonnaise. Recommended for those who like strong flavors! The meat juice overflows, so be careful when eating! * Tajima-Gyu Hatsu The texture is excellent. * Tajima Thinly Sliced Tan Shabu-shabu Thinly sliced tan from the tanmoto to the tip is enjoyed in a beef bone broth. * Tajima-Gyu Hire Salt Tare Here comes the hire meat. It's so tender and delicious. * Kobe Beef Harami From here, it's all tare meat! * Tajima-Gyu Ichibou * Tajima-Gyu Sirloin & Pickled Egg Yolk Generously topped with pickled egg yolk from Oita's Tamago-ou egg. * Sherbet Cold Noodles Noodles made with seaweed are served with a beef bone broth that has been turned into a sherbet. * Beef Tail Paella Who would have thought that paella would be the finale at a yakiniku restaurant! The paella is authentic, with a generous serving of beef tail that has been simmered for 6 hours. * Gelato Makgeolli gelato with seasonal Shine Muscat grapes. The souvenir was a curry bread. It was also delicious. This was a truly satisfying course. We enjoyed it on a date with my wife, and the service was wonderful and the atmosphere was comfortable.

This time, I was able to enjoy "Tajima Kuroge", a rare breed of Wagyu beef, at "Yakiniqu X" in Nishi-Azabu, Minato-ku, Tokyo. The course menu is filled with the spirit of Yakiniqu X. The yakiniku is cooked to perfection in front of you. We offer a variety of dishes that highlight the quality of the meat, such as fresh and visually stunning yukke (raw beef) and rib roast sukiyaki. This time, the course included tongue, fillet, sukiyaki, shabu-shabu, and matsutake mushrooms, making it a luxurious dining experience.

This is an otherworldly, luxurious private room yakiniku restaurant located on Hoshijoki Street in Nishi-Azabu. It's not your typical yakiniku. It's truly a yakiniku gastronomy restaurant, with its high quality, impeccable service, and comfortable atmosphere. Each private room has a dedicated grill master who expertly cooks the ultimate black wagyu beef, Hyogo Prefecture's Tajima beef and Tajima Kuroge, to perfection, tailoring the cooking to each cut. Because the meat is cooked for you, you can focus on your conversation with friends and enjoy the pure happiness of eating the most delicious, perfectly cooked meat. As a secretary, I always evaluate the practicality of a restaurant with private rooms as a reception venue, considering whether it would please clients. This place has a special atmosphere that would make business conversations flow effortlessly, making it perfect for such occasions.

We visited for a friend's birthday celebration and ordered the SORA course. It's a truly luxurious space where each room has a dedicated staff member who grills and serves the meat. From making sesame oil from sesame seeds to the arrival of the meat of the day in wooden boxes, it's a dazzling display that's so characteristic of Minato-ku! The entire experience is vibrant and entertaining. Not only do they grill the meat, but they also prepare yukhoe right in front of you, make hamburgers, and even create ice cream with liquid nitrogen, making for a truly enjoyable time. Of course, everything is delicious! Beyond just yakiniku, they offer a variety of dishes like shabu-shabu, hamburgers, cold noodles, and paella, making it a truly exceptional experience. It's a wonderful restaurant where you can enjoy not only delicious food but also the highest level of hospitality and a truly luxurious experience.
