I bought some bread for lunch! All of the breads were incredibly delicious! The cream bread had a very rich custard filling that was delicious. The mentaiko baguette has a firm texture, so I think people who like harder breads will especially enjoy it. The shokupan (Japanese milk bread) was fluffy and had a rich wheat flavor. They cut it for you in the store. It's so fluffy that you have to be careful not to crush it in your bag when you take it home. It was a weekday afternoon, but there was a bit of a line. The store is small, so they let customers in one group at a time.

Panta rhei, a popular bakery that draws long lines, opens four days a week. The small shop offers over 30 varieties of bread 🍞, from sophisticated loaves to kid-friendly options, ensuring everyone is happy. The owner is a former pastry chef who trained in France. He uses his expertise to create the bakery's most popular item: the cream bun 🫓. The custard cream and brioche dough are made with Okukuji eggs, resulting in a refined sweetness and smooth texture that will make you feel blissful with every bite.

I'm sorry, I'm changing my rating from 4 stars to 2. Since being featured on "Admachi" in 2024, the bakery has been quite crowded, and the cream buns were limited to one per person. However, when I went in September, there was no limit. I had it after a long time, and... well, it wasn't as good as I remembered. I chilled it at home and ate it, and the cream seemed a bit lumpy. I bought a few other types and tried them, but they all seemed to be just brioche with different fillings. The egg, the red bean butter, and the cream bun were all the same. The pepper bread had a bitter taste that might not be for everyone. The bacon was good, but there was too much pepper. Maybe the baguette is the best thing at this bakery? The young woman at the register wasn't very friendly. It was just average, but the service might be a bit off-putting for some. On a weekday afternoon in 2020, around 2 pm, there were about 7 types of bread on display. As I was looking at them, a staff member told me that the cream bun was chilled, so I bought one. The custard wasn't too sweet or heavy, and it had a nice firm texture that went well with the bread. It also had vanilla beans, which made it delicious.

This is the best bakery I've ever been to! I've never tasted bread this delicious before. Especially the "Mentaiko France" and other baguette-based baked goods are so satisfying. They have a great chewiness, are very filling, and the flavors are perfect. I bought some for my friends, but I ended up eating them all myself! Next time, I'm going to buy enough for five people.
