A Japanese restaurant located within the Toyama Prefecture Antenna Shop "Nihonbashi Toyamakan." The sake tasting set featuring three local sakes allows you to choose from six different varieties. If you're unsure, ask the staff for recommendations. The sake is served in tinware, allowing you to savor its nuances. Manshu-izumi is crisp, Sansho-raku is dry with a slight bite, and Tsurugi-dake is slightly sweet. I also enjoyed the set featuring Himi udon noodles and masu-zushi (trout sushi). The masu-zushi had a clean, tangy flavor with a hint of saltiness and loose, fluffy rice. The Himi udon noodles were thin and flat, soft, and served in a light yet flavorful broth. The service was refined and courteous.
Sashimi with Toyama sake and whitebait, absolutely delicious. The firefly squid marinated in soy sauce was also excellent. I enjoyed it at my leisure.
I enjoyed the calm atmosphere of the Toyama antenna shop. The food was refined and everything was delicious. The selection of sake was also excellent.
You can enjoy the bounty of Toyama in the heart of the city. I was grateful and enjoyed it very much. Is the average price for lunch around 1600-4000 yen (excluding drinks and dessert)?
This restaurant is perfect for a relaxed lunch, a casual dinner, or a special occasion. I chose the Tateyama course for a celebration, and it was so satisfying that I would have happily paid double the price at any other restaurant in Ginza. I definitely plan to return for future special occasions.
