I stopped in because I was hungry and it was located inside the train station. The store was spacious and had an eat-in area, but the bread section wasn't very large and didn't have a wide variety. (Maybe because it was before 2 pm?) The Croissant Ozaman had a marmalade-like filling and was covered in cookie dough and powdered sugar. The melon pan had a sticky cookie dough exterior and was also very sweet, with a flavor I'd never experienced in a melon pan before. They use soy and soy milk, which is in line with their health-conscious approach, and the prices were reasonable, but the sweetness was a bit strong for me. The staff was friendly and they provided free bags for takeout.

This bakery, established in June 2022 in Akasaka, Tokyo, specializes in health-conscious bread. I was surprised to see they use soy and soy milk instead of wheat. While it's commendable that they prioritize health, the subtle flavors and price point might be a deterrent. Prices ranging from 350 to 500 yen per loaf seem steep. Given the high foot traffic during my visit, I suspect the location might also be a factor in attracting customers. This bakery seems to cater to health-conscious individuals and affluent clientele.

They didn't have coffee even though it was daytime. The bread wasn't bad, but everything was quite small and the prices were very high.

I recently ordered a quiche (¥530) for lunch from this place and it was ice cold. (Especially the broccoli! It was freezing!) Considering how incredibly cold it was, I wonder if it was a frozen product. It was nice to get a wooden fork and knife for free with the takeout, but the quiche was so cold that I couldn't even taste it. Unfortunately, it was too cold to get a good sense of the flavor. I would appreciate it if they could warm up the quiche for takeout so it's enjoyable to eat. If that's not possible, at least serving it at room temperature would be better.

It was simply not delicious. I understand the focus on health, but for this price, I'd rather have something tasty.
