I visited Tsukiji Sushiko at the Narita International Airport Terminal 2 when I was seeing off a friend. I ordered the chef's choice (¥4,100) and a non-alcoholic beer (¥520). *Prices are exclusive of tax, 10% consumption tax is charged separately. After quenching my thirst with the non-alcoholic beer, beautifully arranged sushi was soon brought to my table. The sushi, crafted by skilled chefs, featured fresh ingredients. The tuna was rich in fat, and I was able to savor the deliciousness of white fish, which I don't usually eat. While there are conveyor belt sushi and standing sushi restaurants at Terminal 2, Tsukiji Sushiko is recommended if you want to enjoy sushi in a relaxed atmosphere.

【Time】 I visited around 5:30 PM on a weekend. 【Crowds】 The restaurant was about 50% full. 【Taste】 ✔︎ Supreme Sushi Roll It was delicious, but there were only four pieces, and they cost over ¥400 each. I felt it was a bit pricey. ✔︎ Salmon Belly and Ikura Roll The salmon belly was small and there wasn't much of it. ✔︎ Avocado and Shrimp Roll This was also smaller than I expected. It was tasty though. ✔︎ White Shrimp Tempura There wasn't anything particularly noteworthy about this dish. Individual pieces of sushi average around ¥300, so overall, I felt it was a bit expensive. 【Service】【Ambiance】 There were no issues with the service. Since it's located inside Narita Airport, it's fairly clean, and the restrooms are right outside the restaurant.

The chawanmushi, donburi, and uni sushi were all incredibly delicious. I'll definitely be stopping by again before going through customs on my next international flight!

I enjoyed some sushi at Sushi-Kō before my trip abroad. You order your favorite toppings using a touch panel. The lean tuna, medium fatty tuna, and fatty tuna were all delicious. It felt a bit pricey, but it was a satisfying part of my travel experience. ✨ You can order individual pieces of your favorite toppings, and there are also sashimi platters and a variety of dishes, so it's also great for a quick drink. I highly recommend trying it before you leave the country! ♩ Thank you for the meal!

If you're going to smoke, wear gloves!🧤 I was shocked to see all the employees at the smoking area smoking. It's not a good look for them to be smoking in their white chef's uniforms with their names on them. As a Japanese chef myself, I would never touch a cigarette because it would make my hands smell. For sushi, your hands are everything, so what do you think, professionals? Imagine the smell if they were to make sushi with hands that have been smoking. It would definitely smell, even if the customer is a novice. It's not good if they lick it! Even washing your hands won't get rid of the smell. Have some professional pride. Sushi at Narita Airport, Japan's gateway, will taste like cigarettes. Sorry! Maybe I'm being a bit harsh on the kaiten-zushi (conveyor belt sushi) restaurants.
