Do-Miso, a place that made me rediscover the deliciousness of miso ramen. It was crowded, but the staff were energetic and efficiently guided us. I enjoyed the delicious miso ramen. A ladle with holes, like a strainer, would be helpful for miso ramen. I want to enjoy the minced meat and corn too! 💦
Located on the 3rd floor restaurant floor of LaLaport Toyosu, I had a late dinner after a late meeting. Many restaurants close at 8:00 PM, but this one was still open after 8:15 PM, so I went in. You purchase your meal ticket at a vending machine at the entrance before entering. The staff will take care of your parking ticket and LaLaport points after you are seated. This is the Toyosu branch of a famous restaurant known for its miso ramen. From spicy miso ramen to a milder, sweeter white miso base, there's something for every miso ramen lover. I had the white miso ramen and added some Sichuan peppercorns from the table. The staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. The noodles are from Kaika-ro in Asakusa. It was a great meal.
Located within LaLaport Toyosu, I decided to give it a try because I was curious. I ordered the special miso rich ramen and half a rice bowl because I wanted to try the char siu and marinated egg. The soup had a slightly spicy kick, with a distinct miso flavor. The noodles were thick and curly. The char siu was tender and flavorful, which I enjoyed. The marinated egg wasn't quite the ideal soft-boiled texture, it was a bit firm, but it was well-seasoned and tasty. I'm curious about the other miso flavors, so I'll definitely try other menu items when I come back. By the way, they offer parking discounts.
I was craving miso ramen! The restaurant is bright, with a high ceiling that gives it an open feel. It's very clean, probably because it's new. The atmosphere is welcoming, making it easy for women to dine alone, or for families to enjoy a meal together. The sweet menma (bamboo shoots) was memorable! I ordered the white miso ramen, but it didn't come with an egg or char siu pork. I let the staff know, and they were very kind and helpful, so I was satisfied. The ramen had a generous amount of bean sprouts, and the white miso broth was thick and flavorful at the bottom, coating the noodles and char siu well. Everyone seemed to be regulars, as they all said "Gochisousama deshita" (thank you for the meal) as they left. It felt like a place loved by the local community.
Domiso, my first visit. It's a Hokkaido miso ramen shop. I love strong miso ramen, so I really enjoyed it. I should have ordered rice too, I regret it a little. The noodles were so delicious, it was the best miso ramen I've had in a long time! Thanks for the meal!
