The entrance to the restaurant is a bit hard to find, giving it a hidden gem vibe. It's a cozy space with only six seats at the counter, but it's not uncomfortable. The prices for both food and wine were reasonable. Since one person is cooking everything, it might take a while for the food to come out if everyone orders at the same time. The food was decent.
The menu features only a prix fixe course. At ¥8,000 for dinner, the pricing is reasonable considering the location. The atmosphere is pleasant, not too formal but not too casual either, making it a place you'd feel comfortable visiting. The service is impeccable. While not the absolute best, it's certainly not bad. There are three staff members: one chef and two servers. The dishes showcase a lot of creativity and innovation. The course was heavy on carbohydrates, but it was delicious! The quality is commensurate with the price. The value for money is average. The counter seats are quite close to the neighboring guests, but it wasn't too bothersome. However, everything is audible, so if you'd prefer privacy, there are tables available, which you might want to consider. Overall, it was a very positive experience at this Italian restaurant!
As you step off the elevator, you might think you've taken a wrong turn, as you're greeted by a hidden door-like entrance. Upon closer inspection, you'll find an intercom, which you can press. The surrounding signs are all related to the chefs, giving off a stylish vibe. The restaurant has a six-seat counter, but it's a comfortable and lovely space. The vegetable soup served at the start was impressive, made with various parts of vegetables filtered through firewood. The natural, beautiful color and the taste were both healthy and delicious. As someone who loves small portions and multiple dishes, I was very happy with the offerings. Especially the pasta, which comes in small portions, so I was able to enjoy four different kinds. Yes, I overate, but it was all so delicious and enjoyable!
It was simply amazing! The restaurant's location is kept secret, and even after arriving, you have no idea where it is. But from the very first dish, every single one was bursting with originality and creativity. And the non-alcoholic pairings were all homemade, creating the most incredible collaboration. The fact that they use firewood is also incredible, but everything was just perfect! Thank you so much!
We opted for the chef's tasting menu with wine pairings. The creative Japanese-Italian fusion showcased the chef's passion and was absolutely delicious. A standout dish was the meticulously crafted dish of grilled ayu (sweetfish) wrapped in thin pasta, perfectly paired with a memorable wine. The option to choose between dessert or cheese at the end was a delightful touch. The plating and presentation were also exquisite. Thank you for a wonderful evening.
