I went there for the first time. The ramen was delicious, with lots of vegetables. The large portion was quite a lot. The restaurant was lively, but it felt understaffed due to the crowd.
I had a simple ramen with a light flavor. I added a generous amount of chopped green onions to make it a green onion ramen. The flavor was gentle and perfect for a light meal. The price was reasonable for the location, and even airline staff were dining there.
A ramen originating from Osaka, known for its incredibly delicious soup. Even as a chain restaurant, the taste is consistently good. Developed by a soup sommelier, the broth is rich yet light.
The first time I had it was at a shop near Horyuji Temple in Nara. That was almost 25 years ago. I remember stopping by after working late every day on business trips. Yokohama is known for its rich, pork-based broths and Sanma ramen with thick, savory sauces, so the light broth with a mountain of napa cabbage was quite a shock. Adding a generous portion of spicy chives for a flavor change was truly soothing for my tired body. I've been eating it occasionally on business trips to Kansai ever since, and I'm happy to see that it's now available in places like the basement of Yokohama Station's Joys, too.
I went there on a Sunday afternoon. It was crowded with families, and I was able to enjoy reasonably priced ramen. It's a ramen that everyone can enjoy. It wasn't crowded enough to wait in line, but it was busy. You order on a touch panel. There's also free green onion toppings.
