I had the "おまかせ 12貫と巻き物" (12-piece chef's selection and rolls) for ¥4,200 (¥4,620 including tax) at 11:30 am. It was a delightful experience watching the meticulous and beautiful way the sushi was prepared. The quality was excellent for the price, especially for lunch. There were only five of us, including ourselves, at that time. It was very nice that they didn't fill all the seats, allowing us to enjoy a more relaxed atmosphere than usual. All the sushi, except for the final rolls, had various seasonings like soy sauce, salt, wasabi, yuzu, and kabosu, making for a diverse flavor experience. Even the final tamagoyaki (egg omelet) was delicious, and the nori (seaweed) in the rolls was also very good. It took us about 30 minutes to finish everything. Some people have mentioned that it's a bit rushed, but it was perfect for us. Considering the quality for the price, I think it's fair for customers to cooperate with the restaurant's pace.

I had a reservation for 11:30. I got lost and arrived just in time. As soon as I sat down and took a bite of my first piece of sushi, the second one was already being served. It was hot, and I would have liked a little time to cool down. The entire time, the restaurant seemed to be on its own pace, not adjusting to the speed at which I was eating. I was urged to leave by 12:15, so I had no choice but to comply. The sushi was all incredibly delicious. Each piece was crafted with ingenuity, but it wasn't overwhelming and really brought out the flavor of the fish. I was amazed that I could eat this quality of sushi for this price. I wish I had more time to savor each bite, but I imagine it's more expensive at night. Next time, I'll come with more time to spare.

I visited for lunch. The quality of the food was exceptional for the price. Every piece of sushi was meticulously prepared and incredibly delicious. I enjoyed it with beer and sake, but due to the time limit, I felt a bit rushed. I suppose that's unavoidable at this price point.

I used to think Choshimaru was the best, but this sushi restaurant completely changed my mind! I had the 12-piece omakase lunch set with rolls for 3800 yen, and the portions were generous with large pieces of fish. I was quite full by the time I finished the rolls. The atmosphere was also great, a quiet space where I could focus on the food. The dishes and teacups were elegant, and the tea was delicious. I definitely want to go back! 🍣✨

I had lunch here and the service was quick and efficient. Everything was delicious, and I was impressed by the chef's knife skills. The rolled sushi and negitoro served at the end, along with the soy sauce, were unexpected and delightful. A good restaurant not only serves delicious food, but also offers tasty tea and drinks. The restroom was spotless, with not a speck of dust in sight! Even the toilet paper was neatly folded, which impressed me. I will definitely be back to eat here again.
