I had a TABASCO Sriracha sauce burger at the "Hyakumeiten" (Top 100) burger shop in Takashimaya Nihonbashi! ✌️ Tabelog: 3.69 (Selected for Tabelog's Top 100 Hamburger Restaurants 2024) Google: 4.2 (255 reviews) Today, I went to Ginza with my daughters. We decided to have hamburgers for lunch, so we took the subway from Ginza to Nihonbashi and went to "Brothers Nihonbashi Takashimaya", located on the 8th floor of the Takashimaya Shin-kan (New Building). Brothers has three stores that are listed in the
the Ningyocho Honten (Main Store), the Shintomicho store, and this Nihonbashi Takashimaya store. It was a hot summer day, and we couldn't stand waiting outside, so we chose the Nihonbashi Takashimaya store. ✌️ We arrived at the store before 1 p.m. on a holiday, and there were about 10 people in front of us in four groups. People kept coming in after us, so the line didn't seem to get shorter. The store isn't very big, but the turnover is pretty fast for a hamburger place, so we were seated inside after about 20 minutes. We were seated at a table for four, and then we ordered. My daughter ordered the "Lot Burger" with avocado and "TABASCO Sriracha sauce." ✌️ My other daughter ordered the "Teriyaki Pineapple Burger" with an egg. ✌️ I had the "Summer Vegetable Sriracha Burger." We also ordered ginger ale, lemonade, and non-alcoholic beer. The total for the three of us was 8,617 yen. ✌️ Soon, our hamburgers arrived. We put them in burger bags and took a big bite! The spicy TABASCO Sriracha sauce was delicious! ✌️ The summer vegetables were also nice. However, the spicy sauce went so well with the non-alcoholic beer that I ran out of beer! (lol) It was so hot, and I was so thirsty. My daughters were also satisfied. Brothers is always reliable. It was a delicious meal! ('◇')ゞ
I visited for lunch. There's a line after 12 pm. Lunch comes with fries and soft drinks are 250 yen. Even a simple hamburger is delicious with its salty and peppery patty. The bun has a fragrant sesame seed topping and the vegetables are fresh.
The Takashimaaya Shin-kan (New Building) restaurant floor on the 7th floor is home to the 2024 Tabelog Burger 100 Best ❤️. The patty is hearty and meaty, and the abundance of vegetables makes for a well-balanced meal! Nihonbashi Takashimaaya's Shin-kan targets a younger demographic than the Hon-kan (Main Building). The 7th floor restaurant area offers affordable lunch options starting from around ¥1,200, making it a surprisingly well-stocked and potentially hidden gem of a restaurant floor (lol). Amidst this casual department store restaurant floor, you'll find a 2024 Hamburger 100 Best restaurant... I was planning to have a cafe lunch elsewhere, but after exploring this floor, I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of appealing restaurants and decided to eat here! I arrived on a weekday, a little after 1 p.m., and the restaurant was about 30% full. The interior and exterior have a pop-art feel with a red color scheme. There are no counters, only tables. For lunch, I ordered the Avocado Burger for ¥1,595 and a drink set for an additional ¥275 (I chose orange juice). The drink set includes coffee, tea, oolong tea, orange juice, cola, ginger ale, Sprite, and sparkling water. Whenever I order a burger, I always go for the avocado burger (lol), so I didn't hesitate. After ordering, the burger arrived on a plate with fries. It looked quite substantial, with a massive patty! The burger was incredibly tall. I used the ketchup and mustard on the table to season it, then squashed it into a paper wrapper to make it easier to eat (lol) before taking a big bite (lol). Mmm... delicious... The meaty patty had a good bite and was cooked to juicy perfection. The avocado was generous and flavorful. It was really good. No wonder it's one of the 100 Best ❤️. It was a quick and satisfying lunch. It was delicious! They also have a daily changing lunch menu, which I'm curious about. The fact that they're open all day makes it very convenient ✨. They accept various payment methods. Thank you for the meal.
The restaurant has the look and feel of an authentic American diner, but it's actually a local gem from Ningyocho. The sense of style is great. I had the cheeseburger 🍔 and root beer, and they were both delicious and filling. It's like a more refined version of a Hard Rock Cafe burger. Price-wise, it's not what you'd call fast food, so it might be a bit pricey for families (it would cost over 10,000 yen for a family of four with sides).
I arrived around 11:30 AM on a weekday and had to wait a bit. The burger was average. It wasn't bad or overpriced, but it felt like a regular burger elevated to a higher price point. Most gourmet burger places I've been to tend to use minimal seasoning to highlight the flavor of the meat, but this burger felt like it used mayonnaise and pepper like a typical fast food joint. The staff was friendly and the service was quick.
