I visited on a weekday afternoon and waited about 5 minutes. This time, I ordered the "Salt Ramen, Medium Size" recommended by a friend. I also ordered extra seaweed and rice. The ramen arrived in about 5 minutes. The toppings were plentiful, including bamboo shoots, green onions, and chicken chashu, and the presentation was beautiful. The light broth went well with the thin, straight noodles, and I devoured it quickly. If you're in the neighborhood, be sure to check it out. ☺︎︎ Order List: Salt Ramen ¥1020, Seaweed ¥150, Rice ¥180 ♪ About Me: I like to try different restaurants, whether they're places I found on Google Maps or Tabelog, or places recommended by friends. I'd like to share them on Instagram, but I'm slacking off. @k.gourmeet I post on Google Maps and Tabelog, so please check them out.

Tokyo|Tabelog Rating 3.60|The soup is so delicious, you'll drink it all up! 🌈Basic Information Tabelog Rating: 3.60 Google Rating: 4.2 Google Reviews: 435 Average Budget: ¥1,000 - ¥2,000 🌈Introduction If you've been to Tsukiji and tried sushi and seafood, go back! There's a ramen shop that will make even Japanese people say "delicious!" It's originally called Sasagoka Ramen, a flavor that originated in Okayama. Even Japanese people rarely know about it. Its characteristic is a fragrant double soup made from chicken and seafood. It's a different kind of deliciousness than chicken broth. The chicken breast chashu is made from Okayama-produced forest chicken, cooked slowly at low temperatures, resulting in a flavorful and juicy taste. The green onions are made from high-quality Kujo onions. They have a soft texture and are characterized by their sweetness and aroma. It's simply delicious, and you'll end up drinking all the soup. I really want you to know about this place.

I ordered the "Wonton Noodle with Soy Sauce + Steamed Egg + Extra Bamboo Shoots." The soup was a flavorful chicken bone soy sauce broth with a unique aroma. The noodles were straight, with a firm bite and a smooth, slippery texture. The char siu was a combination of braised chicken (nitori) with a rich soy sauce flavor and thinly sliced breast meat. The braised chicken had a firm, chewy texture with a deep, savory flavor. The sliced breast meat was tender and mild on its own, but it absorbed the flavorful soup beautifully. The steamed egg had a vibrant orange yolk and a well-seasoned flavor. The wontons were two large, plump dumplings filled with finely minced pork seasoned with miso. The scallions were thick-cut, flavorful Kyōjō onions. They were initially firm, but softened after a short time in the soup, adding a savory depth to the broth. This ramen is not only delicious but also incredibly satisfying, with a generous amount of ingredients and a nutritious balance. It's truly a fantastic bowl of ramen.

Visited for lunch on Thursday, September 26, 2024. Located on the schoolyard side of Kyobashi Tsukiji Elementary School, near Tsukiji Station on the Hibiya Line. The interior is bright and clean, with a counter seating nine and three tables for two, making it feel surprisingly spacious. Today, I had the "Ramen Salt (Regular)" (¥880). The chicken and seafood double soup is a perfect match for the salt. The char siu comes in two varieties: chewy meat braised in soy sauce and low-temperature cooked breast meat! The generous amount of coarsely chopped Kyō-negi scallions adds a nice accent. This is a very delicious salt ramen with a good overall balance.

I had the basic soy sauce ramen. The soup was well-balanced, and the toppings were perfectly balanced as well. The nine-leaf green onions had a nice spicy kick, which was a great accent. It was very delicious, but the noodles seemed to have room for improvement. Thank you for the meal.
