This dining bar is located near Ningyocho Station. I went there with a former colleague who lived near this place. Here are the dishes we had today: - Appetizer platter - Truffle cream pici (thick pasta) - Raw tartare, Miura asparagus, and bismarck - Duck breast, low-temperature cooked Sekigahara tamari soy sauce gravy - Baguette - Greek yogurt - Homemade pudding Now, about the taste... It was absolutely delicious! The truffle cream pici had a whole egg yolk in the center, adding a sophisticated flavor with the truffle aroma. The meat was duck breast. The low-temperature cooked meat was thick but tender. The tamari soy sauce gravy was also excellent. It's truly delicious, so I highly recommend trying it with red wine. Even the last Greek yogurt and homemade pudding were all delicious. The interior has a high ceiling and a bright, Western-style design. The walls and tables are made of wood, creating a stylish atmosphere. About 70% of the customers were women. It was bustling with people enjoying girls' nights out and dates. They have a wide variety of drinks, including soft drinks. They also have wine by the glass and bottle, with bottles ranging from 4,000 to 5,000 yen, which is quite affordable. They also have all-you-can-drink courses starting from 5,500 yen. This is a good option for those who want to try a variety of drinks. It was a fun time, my first visit to Ningyocho in a while. If you have the chance to visit Ningyocho, I recommend checking out this place. Thank you for the meal!

A hidden gem I want to keep all to myself, a wine bar with incredibly delicious food. ◇ Appetizer Platter Each item in this appetizer platter was prepared with such care and was incredibly delicious 🤩 • Organic Carrot and Orange Rapee • Red Cabbage Rapee • Cauliflower with Garlic and Olive Oil • Zucchini with Garlic and Olive Oil • Roasted Awaji Onion • Chickpea Falafel An Israeli dish made with mashed chickpeas and fava beans mixed with spices and deep-fried in cooking oil. Similar to croquettes. • Homemade Mashed Potatoes with Soft-Boiled Egg • Turnip Marinated with Cumin If I started talking about each one, it would be a long story, so I'll skip it... Anyway, this appetizer alone was enough to satisfy me 😍 I had falafel for the first time. It was a bit of a revelation 😋 Anyway, it's really nice to have delicious vegetables at a bio wine shop!! ◇ Bread The bread was also delicious! I had seconds 🍞 Beetroot, carrot, and spinach bread Served with pumpkin butter. I liked the carrot bread the best!! ◇ Seasonal Vegetable Soup Pumpkin soup The flavor and umami were incredible, but it had a very refreshing taste. The vegetables at this restaurant are truly delicious 😍 ◇ Duck Breast Cooked at Low Temperature Sekigahara Tamari Soy Sauce Gravy The duck meat was incredibly thick, with a satisfying texture 🦆🍖 The sauce was rich and went well with a full-bodied red wine 🍷 ◇ Papet Steak with Tasmanian Mustard ハラミ steak with mustard, mushrooms, and shaved cheese. The steak had a straight-forward flavor and umami of the meat itself. This one pairs perfectly with a medium-bodied red wine 🍷 ◇ Greek Yogurt Incredibly smooth yogurt It's full of fruit, and I personally love that it comes with Oreos 🍪 ◇ Homemade Pudding It's big🍮, and it's rich🍮 It comes with a perfect scoop of ice cream on top 🍨 I love this kind of pudding🍮 The feeling of satisfaction is out of this world ◇ Wines I had • Mastio della Loggia Spumante Gran Cuvée Brut Sparkling Region: Veneto, Italy Grapes: Garganega 50%, Trebbiano 50% • Satellite Sauvignon Blanc White Still Region: Marlborough, New Zealand Grapes: 100% Sauvignon Blanc • Wild Nature Veneto Rosso Red Still Region: Veneto, Italy Grapes: Corvina, Merlot, Raboso • Tugana Spätburgunder Red Still Region: Baden, Germany Grapes: 100% Spätburgunder All the wines were amazing 🍷 A wine bar located in a back alley in Ningyocho, a bit hard to find. But it's such a wonderful place, I almost want to keep it a secret. It's casual enough to go to on your own, but I might also want to take someone special there 🤗 Highly recommended!

This time, I went to a really stylish bistro in Ningyocho called Union Sand Yard. It feels like they were going for a garden theme, maybe? (laughs) The interior is stylish and seems like it's mainly for girls' nights out or dates. That's because a lot of the dishes are vegetable-centric, giving it a vegetable bistro vibe! The appetizer platter is a must-order, it's so colorful and photogenic! And the pasta and meat dishes are also really nice. It's not like a heavy meat-focused place, and somehow the food doesn't feel guilty at all. By the way, I personally loved the vegetable cocktail! It's seriously 100% vegetables and fruit, like, is this even alcohol? (laughs) It made me feel like a successful woman having a smoothie for breakfast! Definitely recommend it for girls' nights out or dates!

The colorful assortment plate was adorable! 【Americain and Meat Sauce Lasagna】 This lasagna was delicious with its generous cream sauce, the sweetness of the ground meat and tomatoes. 【Rare Cheesecake】 The appearance was unique, and it surprised me because it was different from the rare cheesecake I had imagined. Underneath the generous amount of rare cheesecake, there was a thin layer of salty biscuit, and you can enjoy the taste of the cheese itself in two stages by adding the strawberry and sauce around it! 【Homemade Pudding】 This was another surprise! It was much larger than I expected! The firm, homemade pudding was topped with vanilla ice cream and served with a generous amount of bitter caramel sauce flavored with espresso, making it a truly adult pudding! The homemade pumpkin butter is absolutely delicious! The appetizer platter features a variety of vegetables, making it a must-order dish. The roasted Awaji onion with a mustard accent brings out the sweetness of the onion 🧅. The homemade mashed potatoes and soft-boiled egg are smooth and satisfying.🙆‍♀️ The true sea bream carpaccio is a delightful combination of zucchini and cheese.
