One of the popular ramen shops in Ginza. It's famous for its duck ramen. I arrived around 11 am on a weekend and was able to enter smoothly. This time, I ordered the duck soba 'Kyokumi' and a mini duck rice bowl. The soup is a refined flavor with the richness of duck and a hint of sweet soy sauce. You can choose between thick and thin noodles. I chose thin noodles this time, and they went perfectly with the soup, making me slurp them down. The burdock tempura topping is delicious on its own, but it becomes even more flavorful when it soaks up the soup. The duck meat was also very delicious. The unusual kombu-marinated egg yolk is visually stunning, but its unique texture and flavor may be divisive. The mini duck rice bowl was also very delicious, with minced meat under the duck meat. I'll try the chicken white soup next time.

A duck ramen shop located in Ginza. It has counter seats and some table seats. Electronic payment is available. I ordered the chicken white soup ramen. The char siu is duck meat. The rich, creamy soup made from simmered chicken bones goes well with the oval-shaped, medium-thin noodles. It's quite delicious. You can usually get in without much of a wait, even during lunchtime. The service is also polite. They provide paper aprons and hair ties, which is a nice touch. WiFi is also free. I've included the QR code.

I ordered the duck white soup set with duck wasabi rice. It was very delicious. Duck white soup noodles: The char siu was duck meat and there were two slices, but the soup tasted like a typical chicken white soup. Other ingredients included bok choy? and menma, and the scallions were served separately in a small dish, with both white and green scallions. The duck meat was very moist and tender, and it was delicious. There was a good amount of bok choy and menma. The noodles were medium-thick straight noodles, with a good bite and they clung well to the soup. Duck wasabi rice: The rice bowl was quite narrow and had a slightly narrow opening, like a small pot, which made it a little difficult to eat from. However, although it was narrow, it was quite deep, so there was a lot of rice and duck meat, and I felt very satisfied. All the staff were foreign, but they were polite and friendly, and I was overall satisfied.

I ordered the rich duck soba. The soup and char siu were incredibly flavorful! However, I felt the spinach didn't quite go with the soup.

The food is undeniably delicious, but… I felt that the appearance and taste had changed slightly compared to when I came a few years ago (this is just my personal impression, so I don't know for sure). The flavor of the duck and the condiments remained unchanged. While the location attracts many foreign tourists, it can be quite empty at certain times, making it a great option for a quick bite.
