This is a truly grateful Hakodate salt ramen shop that is open from 11:00 AM to 4:00 AM the next day. I visited around 2 PM on a weekend and was lucky enough to get a table without waiting, but it was full right after. There are about 6 counter seats and 2 four-seater tables. I read reviews and saw many posts about "Hakodate salt ramen", so I ordered it. ◆ Salt ramen with an egg It was served in a surprisingly large portion, even though it was a regular size. The soup had a faint scent of the sea, like what you'd find at a beach house, and it was a gentle flavor. The smooth noodles went well with the soup. It was a large portion, but I found myself eating it all up without realizing it. It was surprisingly easy to finish. By the way, large noodles are free. It was very delicious. I almost drank all the soup. If the salt ramen is this good, I wonder how the clam ramen is. I'll come back again. Thank you for the meal.

✨Salt, Funamizaka, Summer✨ ーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーー 📍Access & Visit Time ☑︎7-minute walk from Ginza Station on the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line ☑︎Visited on Monday at 12:30 PM ☑︎Seated and served in 10 minutes without waiting ーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーー ▼Order Special Salt Ramen (¥1,100) Ajitama (Soft-boiled Egg) (¥100) ーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーー Salt ramen for lunch on Monday. The incredibly gentle, subtly flavorful salt broth, paired with firm thin noodles, whispers a story that brings tears to my eyes. The ajitama, perfectly seasoned without overpowering the soup, along with the menma and tender chashu, sent me to heaven. Given the location, the clientele is diverse, with a mix of salarymen and foreign tourists, making the atmosphere lively. A truly satisfying bowl of ramen. Delicious! Thank you for the meal 😋

I went to this ramen shop for lunch with my colleagues while working at the Ginza branch! Ramen-loving staff and a ramen lunch (*´∇`*) Ramen shops in Ginza tend to have lines during lunchtime, so we arrived early! Even so, there were two groups ahead of us, but the turnover rate was fast, and we were seated in 5 minutes! This was my first time at this ramen shop, so I went with the staff's recommendation, the salt ramen with an egg! The soup had a subtle aroma of the sea and a gentle flavor! The smooth noodles went perfectly with it╰(*´︶`*)╯♡ It was light and delicious! Thank you for the meal!

Hakodate Ramen. While I usually prefer the salt ramen, the miso ramen here is fantastic. They stir-fry vegetables in a pot to make the broth, then add the cooked noodles, resulting in a flavorful ramen infused with the essence of the vegetables. The free large portion is also a welcome bonus. I ordered verbally. The picture shows the corn topping.

I saw a review mentioning that they serve seafood in addition to ramen, so I decided to switch gears from sushi to this place. *・*・:≡( ε:) It's a Hakodate ramen shop ✨ I arrived a little before 8 PM on a weekday, and there was a line of 4-5 people. They all seemed to be tourists from abroad ( ˙꒳˙ ) The turnover was good, so I waited about 15 minutes before entering the shop. I bought a ticket! Surprisingly, almost everyone inside was also a foreigner…! 🍜 Salt ramen + seasoned egg… ¥900 🍚 Mini three-color rice bowl… ¥630 The ramen broth had a strong salt flavor! The noodles were thin and slightly firm, with a generous portion. They even offer free large portions…|ू ‘ᾥ’ ): The char siu was thick and had a satisfying texture🎶 The char siu itself didn't seem to have much flavor, but the strong broth made it just right꜀( ˙꒳˙ ꜀) The seasoned egg was soft-boiled and well-seasoned, also delicious! For ¥900, I think it's good value for money✧*。٩(ˊωˋ*)و✧*。 Now, on to the mini three-color rice bowl! It was also pretty good, but I was a little concerned about the balance between the amount of rice and the toppings. The ikura (salmon roe) was small, so I wondered if it was masu ikura, but it had a nice pop when you bit into it, which was good!!(・ω・)b If you're not looking for a big rice bowl, you might be better off with a small dish for ¥330 and half a rice bowl for ¥150 ꉂꉂ(ˊᗜˋ*) I don't know what makes Hakodate salt ramen different from regular salt ramen, but it was definitely a flavor I liked🌟 In this era of rising inflation, it's pretty high quality for a ramen that costs less than ¥1000…! It's not the kind of taste you'd find at a famous shop that serves the ultimate bowl, but they have other things besides salt ramen, so I'd definitely make it a regular spot if I lived nearby (˘ω˘) I'll be sure to visit again when I'm in the area🎶 Thank you for the meal🩵
