It melts in your mouth, leaving a gentle sweetness that spreads. You can also taste the rich cheese flavor, so I savored it slowly. The Gateau Chocolat is sweet, with an intense chocolate flavor that's divine. Ordering it was definitely the right choice. The delicious sweets and coffee made for a very satisfying cafe time. Weekends are usually packed, so weekdays are definitely the way to go.
