It was great to be back after a few years. I had been on the first floor before, but this time, since we were a large group with children, we were seated in a tatami room on the second floor. It was relatively spacious, and we were able to relax as a family. Ordering through the touch panel was very convenient. This time, we didn't have much sake, but they had sake from Noto Earthquake and Yuki-shuzo Brewery, which supports disaster relief efforts. There were also many seasonal sake options. The menu allowed you to choose based on your taste preferences, making it friendly for beginners. All the food was delicious! There were many recommended sashimi options, and the grilled fish was incredibly large, which was a surprise!
I visited this place for the first time because I was craving delicious fish. The sashimi, which the owner caught himself, was absolutely amazing. Especially the sashimi platter, it's a great value for the amount of food you get. I highly recommend it. However, they were showing horse racing on TV, and the people behind us were getting really excited, which made it hard to relax. It's a shame because the restaurant has a really nice atmosphere.
I visited this place based on the reviews, but I'm honestly not sure why it has such high ratings. It wasn't that the food was bad, but there were a lot of items out of stock and the seats were cramped. The second floor was incredibly tight. The interior also seemed very cheaply done to me, with gaps in the paneling and all. It wasn't particularly cheap either... But the tamagoyaki (egg omelet) was delicious! The tuna had some tough tendons that were hard to chew. The namero (a Japanese dish of minced fish) was a bit sour? They accept PayPay payments!
The sashimi was delicious. I can see why this place is so popular. I wouldn't say I'm a regular, but I would definitely go back again.
It's really convenient to be able to order from my iPad. The sashimi was delicious and the price was great. The mackerel was so good that I ordered it separately in addition to the assortment. It's also a nice touch that they let you adjust the temperature of the hot sake to your liking. The restaurant is non-smoking, and there's an ashtray near the entrance.
