I was nervous going into this shisha lounge for the first time, but the staff were so kind and helpful, and I had a great time! The lounge is on the rooftop, so it has a very open and comfortable atmosphere. I went in the afternoon this time, but I want to go back at night! The shisha was even better than I expected! They have a lot of different flavors, and they can blend them for you to create the perfect scent. I was a complete beginner and didn't even know how to order, but the staff were so kind and helpful. They really helped me get over my initial hesitation about shisha. I highly recommend this place for beginners!

This was the place I was taken to for my first shisha experience! I had never been to a shisha bar before, and my preconceived notion was that it would be a smoky, semi-basement kind of place. But this place was on the rooftop, open and airy, with a beautiful view of the city lights. It completely changed my perception of shisha. ✨ It's amazing! ☺️ I often come here with my colleagues for late-night meetings that turn into fun, fast-paced gatherings. The atmosphere is always so comfortable that we end up having deep conversations. Thank you for creating such a wonderful space! I'm not a big drinker, and I don't know much about shisha, but the staff always remembers that and asks me what I want to try. They're so kind and welcoming, it's a real comfort. My first shisha experience was here, and it was so good that I haven't been anywhere else since. 😂 Thank you for everything! I'll be back! ✨

I stopped by "Shisha Cafe & Bar muse Higashi-Ginza Tsukiji" around 2 PM for a post-meal break. After getting off the elevator on the 11th floor, I climbed the stairs to reach the terrace on the 12th floor. Since the seats were in direct sunlight, I was guided to a seat with an umbrella. The weather was sunny, and the breeze was very pleasant. The cityscape viewed from the 12th floor was very refreshing! For the shisha flavor, I asked for something refreshing with a mango base, and they gave me a mix of mango, coconut, lemon, and mint. It was hot, so the ice hose was just right. The coconut flavor was new to me, so it seems like a good choice for spring and summer. I was in trouble because my phone was out of battery, but they offered me a mobile battery, which was very helpful. Thank you!

It was my first time visiting a shisha bar, and the open-air setting was incredibly liberating. They had a wide variety of flavors, and I was spoilt for choice, but ultimately went for "Forest Relax." True to its name, it was a relaxing flavor. I was able to spend a peaceful time with my friend.

My first shisha experience was amazing! The aroma was so captivating. The drinks were beautiful and delicious too. The shop had a really open and lovely atmosphere. The staff were all so friendly and easy to talk to, making it a very comfortable place to be. I definitely want to go back! 👍
