I visited during the weekday lunch time. Their lunch set offers a choice of three different sandwiches, comes with a half-sized cake and a drink for 2100 yen. I chose the omelet sandwich, which was quite filling with the salad. The cake was consistently delicious, and the quiet and relaxed atmosphere made me linger longer than expected.
They have cakes made with fruit, like fruit tarts and mousse cakes. You can also sit in the shared space, which gives you a terrace-like feel. I think it's tastier than the one in Midtown. I guess the taste varies depending on the store. Personally, I prefer the coffee here. After 6:30 PM, there's no wait. The most popular item in June 2022 was the fruit milk crepe. Currently, it's melon - see photo. The melon is a combination of orange and green, with banana on the outside. It's not entirely banana-flavored, but it goes well with the melon, and the cream is incredibly delicious, so it's a perfect match. Weekends are extremely crowded. If you order iced tea during the hot season, there are tons of options. Those who enjoy making decisions can enjoy the process. If you're not into that, just stick with iced coffee. Once you choose an outdoor seat, you can't go back inside for some reason. With the opening of the 'Fruit Parlor Cafe,' there's more competition, but lately, the Fruit Parlor hasn't been able to create the same impressive parfaits as before, so I think this place is good enough for now. It's better to have both places thriving, but it's quite difficult to improve after a decline in quality. The location is a bit hard to find, but it's right behind the Estnation men's store (lower floor). From the movie theater, go down to the plaza and take the escalator towards Keyaki-zaka. The entrance is immediately to your right. It's consistently good, and it's nice to be able to enjoy the seasons. I appreciate that they don't do a Roppongi Hills original like the Fruit Parlor. How about a quick break? They don't give you much of a discount on parking, but you can have a good time.
I stopped by after lunch because I craved something sweet. I had the rare cheesecake and the marron cake. The cakes were relatively large in size, perhaps a bit much for women! The flavors were well-defined and delicate. I usually expect a coarser taste when cakes are large, but these had a refined flavor.
I had a rare treat of something sweet. The portion size was amazing! The flavor was light and satisfying.
This place was always crowded, so I was curious about it. I went there around 7 PM and was able to get in without waiting. I asked the staff for their most popular menu item, and they said the mille-feuille was the most popular. The mille-feuille was incredibly impressive... It had chestnuts, strawberries, kiwi, and bananas, and it was very filling. The whipped cream and custard were also just plain delicious. This one dessert is a whole meal in itself. However, one thing is that some people might find it a bit difficult to eat. Also, if you order hot coffee, you can get refills for free. It goes well with the cake, so I recommend the hot coffee.
