The enticing aroma drew us in, making us the second group in line. Apparently, they have a limited-edition premium burger, only 30 servings available. We checked the menu before opening, but it still took about 20 minutes for the food to arrive. I came with my child, but the restaurant is not very spacious and wouldn't be suitable for families with strollers. They didn't ask about a high chair, so I assume they don't have one. The difference between the premium burger and the regular one was astounding. The combination of wasabi and hamburger was a delightful surprise. The food was delicious, but there were a few other issues. While they responded quickly, the service felt a bit lacking.
Since I was there, I lined up first thing in the morning and ordered the premium Sukiya Burger, which was featured on TV and limited to 30 servings, without any toppings. Let the battle begin!! The moment I cut into it, the fat oozed out. So far, so good! ?! The meat quality was good, of course, but it also had chopped meat mixed in, giving it a coarse texture. While I understand that the chopped meat was good quality, it didn't go well with the hamburger. It felt like it was mixed in by mistake. ^^; Unfortunately, the meat was delicious. That's all there was to it... Honestly, I would have been more satisfied with a regular Sukiya Burger with toppings... For a hamburger fanatic like me, the taste alone would be 4 stars, but in terms of value for money, it would be 3 stars. (;_;)
I visited for lunch on Saturday. It took about 20 minutes to get in. I was given a menu while waiting and placed my order. Since the order is taken while waiting in line, it seems that the food is served quickly after entering. I think there were two counter seats and five table seats inside. The hamburger was delicious with a great meat flavor, and I think it's worth the wait.
A renowned hamburger restaurant located in front of the Sukiyabashi Crossing in Ginza. There's always a line, but I was lucky enough to get in right away. The hamburgers are made with high-quality domestic beef, so they're a bit pricey. The main impression is that they're incredibly greasy, so I think one visit is enough. Maybe I had too high expectations because it's a famous restaurant.
We arrived around 12:30 PM on a weekend and had to wait about 30-40 minutes for a table. The food in the photos cost around 6,000 yen in total. It seems to be a popular place, but personally, I didn't think it was worth the wait or the price... The second photo shows a hamburger (apparently featured on TV) with a unique twist - thin slices of beef inside the patty. The garlic soy sauce was delicious!
