After lunch in Ginza, I visited Pierre Marcolini, a client's business partner. Their chocolate is supposedly delicious... but I don't usually eat chocolate, haha. Actually, I don't really enjoy sweets. I usually only eat them out of obligation. Since I was there, I ordered a mango éclair, a limited-time item. It was incredibly delicious. I also got to try a little bit of their gelato. Milk, chocolate, caramel - all of them were among the best gelato I've ever had. Even someone like me who doesn't usually enjoy sweets thought so, so it must be truly delicious, haha. It was delicious!

A chocolate shop located in Ginza. On a public holiday at 3:30 PM, there was a line of about one group, and the wait was approximately 20 minutes. The second floor is a cafe space. I ordered the seasonal parfait and tea from the signboard outside. It was refreshing, with vanilla ice cream and strawberry sorbet.

Ginza "Pierre Marcolini" cafe. The caramel parfait is a luxurious treat featuring caramel whipped cream topped with several flavors of caramel ice cream. It's delicious on its own, but adding a pinch of salt takes it to another level! The beautiful sugar work on top is a visual delight, instantly boosting your mood. The taste was undeniably GOOD.

I visited this cafe after being recommended by a popular consultation service. The cafe is on the second floor. I arrived about 15 minutes before opening on a weekend and was at the front of the line. Even before opening, the staff came out and showed me the menu, which was a thoughtful touch. The curry was spicier than I expected. I'm not good with spice, so I couldn't really taste the cocoa flavor. The chocolate I bought downstairs as a souvenir was the best. The chocolate is definitely a must-try.

We enjoyed a waffle parfait at the cafe. The chocolate parfait I had was decent, but the Brussels waffle my child ordered wasn't to their liking. The waffle was crispy on the outside but dry and crumbly inside. The whipped cream had a very subtle sweetness, likely intended to complement the rich chocolate ice cream, but it was so lacking in sweetness that it felt unpleasant to eat on its own, especially since there was so much of it. Other people have posted about how delicious their waffles were, but I wonder if they were the same ones. I suspect the waffle was frozen and reheated. I can't imagine how else it could have that texture. I wonder if this is what a real Brussels waffle is supposed to be like. My child left more than half of their waffle, and I had to force myself to finish it. It was clear why they didn't want to eat it after just one bite. We were seated promptly, and the staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful. They took our order quickly, served our food promptly, and were quick to refill our water. The staff were wonderful.
