Located on the 8th floor of the Daimaru Department Store in Tokyo Station, it's a convenient and easy-to-find location for meeting people coming from afar. The interior is calming, and the large windows make it bright and airy. However, the presence of a queue makes it difficult to linger for long. The Seafood Curry Pilaf for ¥1,700 is packed with seafood and the rice is infused with its delicious flavor, making it incredibly tasty. The mushroom cream soup that comes with the set is also delicious, with a cute container and a refined taste. I finished off with coffee and cake (Rum Rock) and was very satisfied. While the popular lemon pie is a staple at Inoda Coffee, this location doesn't have an oven, so it's not on the cake menu. Those looking for Inoda Coffee's lemon pie should be aware of this.

I visited Inoda Coffee, located on the 8th floor of the Daimaru Department Store in Tokyo Station. It's a relaxing place to take a break. The interior is calm and the sofas are high-quality and comfortable. The staff is also very attentive. I had coffee and cake. I remember having tea here with a friend before they boarded the Shinkansen, and I've been stopping by occasionally ever since. The cafes downstairs in Tokyo Station are usually crowded, but this one is either walk-in or has a short wait. I think it's a hidden gem for those who want to relax.

I was looking for a cafe to take a break in Yaesu, but everything was packed. I thought I might find a seat on the upper floors of Daimaru, so I searched and found Inoda Coffee. It wasn't the same as the one in Kyoto, which was a bit disappointing! The view was nice, but watching Yaesu change around me made the coffee taste even more bitter.

I've visited this store several times now and have come to appreciate its excellence. The food and drinks, interior design, and customer service are all top-notch and exude a sense of refinement. Additionally, the location and accessibility are perfect. Personally, I often shop and dine at Tokyo Station, so I find this store ideal for taking a break after running errands. While there are chain stores like Starbucks and Pronto nearby, I wouldn't recommend them due to the difficulty in securing a seat and the overall atmosphere. My usual weekend routine involves buying souvenirs at Tokyo Station, having lunch at a restaurant in Gransta, getting some light exercise by wandering through Yaechika, taking a break at Ikeda Coffee in Daimaru, and then purchasing dinner takeout from the department store's basement food hall before heading home. This route is very efficient.

I visited this Daimaru store in Yaesu, Tokyo, on a weekend in March 2024. It has large windows facing the street, creating a sense of openness. It's a classic, traditional-style coffee shop. The red chairs add to the atmosphere! The coffee is quite good, not just overpriced for the location, which is a plus.
