I'm always grateful for the delicious lunches and relaxing atmosphere here. The South Indian lunch is available on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. On Fridays and Saturdays, they serve biryani, and on Sundays, they offer a thali (meals). It's packed with the wonderful flavors of spices, it's good for you, and it's absolutely delicious. After finishing, I feel a sense of happiness that makes me want to come back for more. The island banana smoothie is also incredibly delicious. The blueberry smoothie has the whole berries in it, making it delicious even in texture. The coffee is brewed with care, and the handmade leather cup holder is stylish. Plus, there's a bookstore, cafe space, bakery, pottery studio, a botanical shop next door, a construction company, a vintage clothing store, etc. It's a spot where multiple cultures come together, and it's hard to categorize, so I always struggle to explain it when recommending it. It's already a popular spot, but it seems to be getting even more popular, perhaps because of the growing number of repeat customers. I want to recommend it, but I also want to keep it a secret... There's a unique atmosphere and time that flows here. I envy the people who live nearby.

A book cafe with a gallery nestled amidst lush greenery. Step through the nature-filled entrance and you'll find a calming, wood-toned space where you can enjoy a cafe experience while reading. Ascend to the second floor and you'll discover a pottery studio and an antique-inspired space. I was mesmerized by the cafe's enchanting atmosphere. I'll definitely be back for lunch next time.

If you're looking for a place to take a break in Ueno, this is a hidden gem of a coffee shop. They don't accept cash, so I paid with my PASMO card. The iced coffee was served in a paper cup and cost 600 yen. I was able to relax comfortably on the sofa.

I enjoyed both the coffee and curry (^ ^*). Both were delicious ✨. The curry was made with various spices and herbs, and it was fun to try different kinds (^ ^*). There was also a pottery studio on the same floor, and I watched them work for a while, laughing. They had cute pieces on display, along with plants, and the staff were friendly, making for a very pleasant atmosphere 🌿.

I saw this cafe mentioned on Instagram as a place with computers, so I visited on a weekend afternoon around 3 pm. The cafe is a two-story building, and on this day, they were hosting a pottery event. There were interesting books available, so it seemed like a place where people tend to stay for a long time.πŸ’‘ However, it was written that bringing in books before purchase was not allowed! WiFi was available, and there were people working on their laptops, so if you go at the wrong time, there might not be any seats available. The drinks were: - Hot coffee, iced coffee, and 5 types of soft drinks: all Β₯600 - 2 types of craft beer: Β₯800 - Heineken: Β₯700 The food was: - Bread from another store? There were a few types (almost sold out that day) - Only a few individually packaged baked goods like cookies! So, it didn't feel like a cafe where you could have a latte and cake while chatting with friends. It felt more like a secret base a little away from Ueno Station. The cafe also had some merchandise for sale, and there was a plant shop right in front, so the area around the cafe was also enjoyable. ✨ Next time I come, I'll either avoid the busy hours or just come for a quick coffee.β˜•οΈ
