They sell a lot of delicious sweets. In the past, I believe you could easily purchase items tax-free before leaving the country if you presented your passport and airline ticket and spent over ¥5,400. However, the law changed in 2023, and now, only certain individuals qualify for tax exemption. For example, Japanese citizens who have resided overseas for at least two years and have a residency certificate. Please be aware of these requirements. Perhaps due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Royce's chocolate section was significantly smaller and not selling their products. I visited on December 26, 2022, and found that most of the items I wanted were unavailable. If you're planning to visit to buy local products, be aware that the selection is different from before. In my case, I left without buying anything. The selection seemed geared towards foreign tourists.

Yoshinodo's little chicken cakes are a must-try! They're not only visually appealing but also quite tasty. The crust is thin, and the filling is a sweet red bean paste. Tokyo Cheese Factory - I recommend buying their limited edition set (which includes a strawberry flavor). The strawberry flavor is the best, highly recommended. The sea salt flavor comes in second. It's very milky, and you might even get a hint of a milky aftertaste. If you're not a fan of cheese, you might not like it, but I personally enjoyed it. The lemon and chocolate flavors are just good cookies, but nothing particularly outstanding.
