Maison Kayser's brownies are something I crave regularly. They're rich and moist, but not overly dense, so you can enjoy them all the way through. They're on the larger side, but the richness feels just right for Japanese palates. The sweetness isn't overpowering either. The pecan nuts on top are a nice touch. Consistently delicious.

My favorite Maison Kayser in Roppongi It was tucked away in a corner of the basement of Daimaru. The style is to have the staff get the items from the display case. I resisted the croissants🥐 and only bought a loaf of bread🍞 for tomorrow morning. I ate it the next morning. The bread🍞 here is just so good.

This bakery is famous for its croissants. The croissants are relatively large, with a crispy exterior and a fluffy interior. The buttery aroma is strong, making it a true classic croissant! The savory bread selection features many sweet options with fruits and chocolate, making it exciting to choose from. The croissants are priced at ¥209, which is affordable, but other savory breads are around ¥400, making them slightly more expensive. However, I believe the delicious bread is worth the price.

2023.10: I pre-ordered two Parisiennes for a special occasion. It seems like reservations are okay if it's a small quantity. The Parisiennes were delicious! 2023.06: As expected, it's truly Maison Kayser. I've been to various branches before, and I've never been disappointed with their Pain au Chocolat, which is my go-to. This time, I tried their Basil Ciabatta, but the basil was too little, so the flavor wasn't very strong. It was delicious as a regular bread though.

It's located on a separate floor from the bento and side dish floor, separated by a hallway in the basement of Daimaru Tokyo. It might be hard to find as it's tucked away in the back of the 'Hoppe Town' area, competing with other stores. The croissant is priced at ¥279, which is quite reasonable compared to other stores. This croissant has a moist texture, so those looking for a crispy texture might find it lacking. The flavor is also light and refined, without the strong buttery taste that spreads in your mouth. It's a sophisticated croissant.
