They offer a course without dessert on weekdays, which is perfect for me as I'm not that interested in dessert. To be honest, I didn't have any expectations for the food, but I was pleasantly surprised. The cuisine was incredibly delicious and creative, incorporating subtle Japanese flavors in a refined way! It's neither French nor Italian, but a perfect blend of both. The service was also incredibly pleasant. The timing of the dishes and the attentive service made for a delightful experience. I'll definitely be back to try the seasonal menu! Reservations are essential for weekday lunch, as the counter is always full.

We enjoyed a unique and delicious pairing experience with non-alcoholic drinks. The menu changes monthly, offering a variety of spices and ingredients! The main flavors were ginger and spicy. The duck was incredibly delicious, with crispy skin and tender, juicy meat. The dessert featured strawberries and rhubarb, offering a sweet and refreshing finish. We also enjoyed the demonstration of creating the caviar shell for the scrambled eggs. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

I recently had lunch at this restaurant to celebrate a friend's birthday. The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly and attentive. When I mentioned it was a birthday celebration, they surprised my friend with a birthday plate for dessert, which made them very happy. Thank you! I will definitely visit again.

I treated myself to a solo visit about a month ago! The sommelier and chef were both very friendly and approachable, making me feel incredibly comfortable even dining alone. It seemed like a lot of regulars frequented the restaurant, and I was warmed by seeing customers call out to the chef and express their delight at seeing him. It was clear that the chef had a wonderful personality. Every dish was meticulously crafted, with stunning presentation and exquisite flavors that truly impressed me. Bread refills were complimentary, and the staff kindly encouraged me to try the many different varieties. They even brought me fresh butter promptly. Their kindness really touched me. I definitely plan to return!

As expected, the service was excellent and the food is consistently reliable and delicious every time I visit! The signature dish had plenty of caviar, and since it's white truffle season, I ordered the black truffle risotto and the white truffle with the meat. The soup appetizer had a wonderful aroma and texture, and the coconut was a truly unique and delightful pairing. The salmon sushi was perfectly balanced with sweetness and acidity, and the crispy texture was great. Overall, it was perfect. When I asked, "I'm curious about the egg cutting technique!" they demonstrated it right in front of me, which was incredibly impressive. I brought my own bottle of Opus One (BYO), and paired the rest of the meal with the restaurant's recommendations. I'll definitely be back!
