We visited this restaurant because we wanted to have a delicious breakfast. It's located on the second floor of the Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel in Ginza 4-chome. We weren't staying at the hotel, so we checked with the front desk before heading to the restaurant. It's a half-buffet style, where you choose one main dish from three options and then help yourself to side dishes and drinks. The restaurant is understandably small due to its location, and the clientele is mostly foreign. I ordered the fruit sandwich, which looked luxurious. It was as beautiful as the picture. Contrary to its appearance, it was not overly sweet and I devoured it. It left me feeling refreshed in the morning. I forgot to take a picture, but the small shrimp tempura was crispy and light, absolutely delicious. The staff were also very friendly, and I would definitely like to go back.
I visited this place specifically for their breakfast half-buffet (Β₯2,800 including tax). The half-buffet includes a main dish, a drink bar, and you can choose one main course from three options: Japanese, Western, or a special fruit sandwich. Since the fruit sandwich was a limited-time offer, I decided to go for it. The cross-section was beautiful, and the light cream made it a refreshing choice even for breakfast. The atmosphere inside was also calm and relaxing, allowing me to enjoy a leisurely meal.
I booked the 3-hour course because I wanted to have a leisurely chat with a friend I hadn't seen in a year. The atmosphere was great, and the food was delicious, from the appetizers to the fish, pasta, meat, and dessert. It was a balanced and enjoyable meal. It was my first time here, but the location is convenient in Ginza, so I'll definitely be back π
A modern and stylish restaurant. It's a bit pricey, but the food is delicious and beautifully presented. The seating is spacious, so you can enjoy a relaxing meal. I'd definitely go back.
I stayed at the Nishitetsu Solaria Hotel and had breakfast included, so I decided to try it out. The breakfast options were a Japanese plate, a Western plate, and a fruit sandwich, but the fruit sandwich was limited in quantity, so I went there right when it opened. It consisted of a free drink, a salad plate, and a fruit sandwich. The salad came with corn soup and a smoothie, and there were two types of dressing. The warm soup was comforting, and the nutritious smoothie was refreshing. The fruit sandwich uses seasonal fruits, so the ingredients change from time to time. This time of year, it was mango, fig, and melon. There were also American cherries, oranges, and blueberries, which were all beautifully juicy. The cream was surprisingly light and fluffy, almost like strained yogurt. The bread was soft and fluffy, as the moisture from the cream hadn't soaked into it. It was delicious. I was quite full after breakfast. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.
