I was craving delicious tonkatsu and stumbled upon this restaurant in Toyosu Foresia. It advertised delicious tonkatsu cooked using a low-temperature method, so I decided to give it a try! It was dinner time, but there wasn't a crowd, and I was seated at the counter. I ordered the Premium Loin Cutlet (140g) with a set meal. It cost 2,396 yen, which I wasn't sure was expensive or cheap until I tried it... haha. I expected the tonkatsu to be piping hot, but it wasn't that hot. The breading looked crispy and delicious. There were various dipping sauces like medium-thick sauce, rock salt, wasabi, and mustard, but the tonkatsu seemed a bit small. I tried them all, but I preferred the rock salt and wasabi. I usually like medium-thick sauce and mustard with tonkatsu, but the low-temperature cooked meat had a slightly different texture. It's a matter of personal preference 💖. By the way, the set meal included unlimited refills of cabbage, rice 🍚, and miso soup, which was great 😊. I decided to come back for lunch next time and try the regular tonkatsu...

I was drawn in by the low-temperature cooked pork cutlet and decided to give it a try. The 'Ultimate Loin Cutlet' set, weighing 180g, cost around ¥3,000. The meat was incredibly tender, unlike any pork cutlet I've had before, and the breading was subtle, creating a unique experience. While you can enjoy it with salt or soy sauce, I didn't see any specific mention of theirこだわり (こだわり - commitment to quality) in this regard.

Shibata-san, a staff member, was fantastic! 👍 The speed of response to orders, the friendliness of the service, and the overall quality were all incredibly high. Of course, the main tonkatsu (especially the filet) was absolutely delicious. This is a place I want to keep coming back to, the No. 1 in Toyosu.

☆Roast Pork Cutlet Lunch! ԅ( ˘ω˘ ԅ) (1678th Review) I used to be a bit of a pork cutlet connoisseur. ( ´_ゝ`) However, I rarely went to chain restaurants. (｀_>´) The reason I avoided chain restaurants was because I believed the best pork cutlets were those fried by skilled craftsmen. But this place, while technically a chain, has been expanding its locations and has consistently high ratings, so I was curious to try it out. =͟͟͞͞ ( ◜°⌑°)◜ Even after lunchtime, there was a line. I finally got in and ordered the roast pork cutlet lunch for 1280 yen. Rice, miso soup, cabbage, and even pickles are all refillable. That's great!(*´д`*) Being a lunch set, the meat quality was average, but the way it was fried, the texture was incredibly tender. And when you bite into it, it's crispy. That's unusual. It's good with salt or sauce, but it really goes well with soy sauce. The sauce is also delicious and goes well with the cabbage. It's a bit pricey, and the 120g portion is small, but the rice is cooked perfectly, and the unlimited refills on everything else make for a satisfying lunch. I'm curious about the minced pork cutlet too. I'll definitely be back!ヽ(`∀´)ﾉ

I've been a regular at this place for years. Personally, it's definitely in my top 10 favorite izakayas! It's a tonkatsu (pork cutlet) restaurant, but the quality of their side dishes is just incredible. Everything I've ordered has exceeded my expectations! I always order the "Natto Cabbage Salad." It's surprisingly delicious! It always makes me want to keep ordering beer and hoppy. I always finish with a tonkatsu set meal. It's so good! The "Supreme Loin Cutlet" is amazing!
