I visited for brunch. There were quite a few empty seats around 10 am. There's a smoking room on the second floor. You can order at the counter with a friend or use one of the two self-service kiosks. The self-service kiosks don't accept cash. I had the Quadruple Cheeseburger, it was delicious. There are power outlets at the counter seats on the second floor, but Burger King doesn't offer free Wi-Fi.
Parking is paid since it's near the station, but if you're arriving by bicycle or scooter, you can use the mobile order app to order ahead and pick up your food to go, which is smooth and convenient. (Unlike McDonald's, there's no number display, so you'll need to show your number to the staff.) If you're using the station or walking, you can also eat in.
It was my first time at Burger King in a while. It was relatively empty because it was before lunchtime. I think it gets crowded during lunchtime. The Whopper was delicious and filling. It's a shame that the prices have gone up without me noticing.
Burger King's burgers are delicious, but this particular location has poor operations. Unlike other stores, there's no display showing order numbers (even though there's a monitor, it's turned off). The volume of the staff's voices varies, so many customers miss their orders when called out in a quiet voice. I ordered a half-cut, all-heavy burger through mobile order, but as expected, I received a regular Whopper, which was disappointing. It's best to confirm your order when picking it up to avoid mistakes.
Update on May 26, 2024: I finally tried the "Angry The One Pounder" and it was good! It was a bit much, but not impossible to finish. The flavor was a combination of meat and cheese, with the tangy ketchup adding a nice touch. I also tried a non-junior Whopper for the first time after downloading the app. As expected, I went all-out with the "All Heavy" option. It was a satisfyingly large and flavorful meal.
