This is a takeout-only shop. The locations in Kita Shinchi and Shinsaibashi in Osaka were featured on TV by Hamada-san, who is known for his downtown expertise. The flavor is bold, so it might not be for everyone, but I personally love it! I've tried a few items, but even considering the unique offerings of this shop, I think the Tamago Katsu Sando is a cut above the rest. It was delicious! Thank you for the meal. Ginza Sand, a popular choice for adult gifts ❤︎ This is the Tokyo Ginza branch of "Kita Shinchi Sand," which was recommended by Downtown Hamada on TV. The shop is located on Kyokyo-sha Street in Ginza's Seventh Ward, an area known for its clubs and bars. I bought their famous Tamago Katsu (egg cutlet) sandwich and Shio Katsu (salt cutlet) sandwich. I waited 90 minutes to get them (lol). The Tamago Katsu sandwich is a fluffy sandwich with a perfect combination of a melt-in-your-mouth omelet and crispy breading. The homemade mayonnaise was also delicious! The Shio Katsu sandwich was very salty and almost made me feel sick (lol). I tried it for the first time! It was delicious! However, all the menu items are fried, which was a bit tough for me since I don't like fried food that much. (^_^;) Two pieces were just right for me. I ate four pieces, but the last few were a bit much. The egg being a cutlet was a surprise! A boiled egg and mayonnaise combined to create a soft, runny egg cutlet. The soft texture was nice, but since it was fried, I found it a bit difficult to eat. The sauce on the cutlet was also a bit too strong for me... I think there was some soy sauce in it too... I thought it would be easier to eat if it was a little lighter.

This takeout-only sandwich shop is located in a convenient area and stays open until the early morning hours. It's open until 4:00 AM from Monday to Friday, and until 11:00 PM on Saturdays. It's popular for after-drinking snacks, gifts for night workers, and takeout food for restaurants. They've added the famous salt-fried cutlet sandwich from a fully members-only bar in Osaka to their menu. Their 'Tamago Katsu Sandwich' is also trademarked and is their most popular item. I always get the Tamago Katsu Sandwich. The fluffy egg and crispy cutlet are a perfect combination. They make everything to order, so there's a bit of a wait. The shop is so small that only one customer can fit inside, so you can't wait inside. If you're eating it right away, it'll take about 10 minutes. If you're eating it more than 6 hours later, they'll let it cool down, which takes 15-20 minutes.
