A coffee shop with only a counter. It's located right next to February Cafe. It's long and narrow, with a counter at the back. A friendly barista makes the coffee. It was hot, so I ordered an iced coffee without thinking, but I should have looked at the menu and ordered something interesting. The pudding is the popular firm type, but it's a bit sweet here. The cream is also finely textured and very delicious. Honestly, not being able to sit down is a big negative for me personally, but I still want to go back.

Located a 6-minute walk from Tawaramachi Station on the Ginza Line, it's also within walking distance from Asakusa Station, making it a great spot for a stroll. This is a small, standing-only bar with about 7 counter seats. Since there are limited seats, it's customary to finish your meal and make way for the next customer. While it's a coffee shop, they have a passion for more than just coffee, and their soul is poured into everything they do. Though it might be considered unorthodox, if I had to recommend just one thing, it would be the pudding. The pudding is simply exquisite! Also, I absolutely love their hot honey milk, especially during this time of year when summer is just around the corner. Lately, I've been ordering honey milk almost exclusively, so I need to remember to order coffee sometime (laughs). This has been my top pick for the best coffee shop in Tokyo for the past three years. 👑 Enjoy a relaxing time here. ☕️ Cash only!

I visited this cafe for the first time after being recommended by the owner of a local cafe I frequent. The interior was much more subdued than the cute exterior. It was my first time at a standing-only cafe, and I was a little nervous since I was with my elementary school-aged son. However, they kindly guided us to the very back of the counter and provided a stool for my son, who is short. My son wanted a warm cocoa, so he ordered the chocolata, and I ordered a cafe mocha. We also shared a pudding for dessert. The presentation was so beautiful that it almost felt like a shame to eat it. But after taking a bite, I was instantly filled with happiness at the deliciousness. Mr. Nishitani's every movement was graceful and elegant (I can't find the right words), it was like watching an entertainer's show. I was completely captivated (laughs). Despite being busy, they were so kind to us, and we had a pleasant conversation. It was a truly wonderful experience. On weekends, there are many first-time visitors, while weekdays seem to be frequented by regulars. All the regulars I saw were such lovely people. It seems like this place naturally attracts people with a certain kind of aura. Everyone seemed to be savoring their time there. I'm so happy to have found a place I want to visit every time I go to Asakusa.

As an Italian, I find this coffee to be simple yet incredibly delicious! Plus, the owner is always kind and passionate about their work. I highly recommend it!

This coffee stand is incredibly welcoming, even for beginners! I had the "Espresso Shakerato" and was surprised to find a dessert menu, so I ordered the pudding. The smooth, shaken foam lingered in the glass, but the barista kindly poured in some milk, allowing me to enjoy it to the very last drop. The master barista was happy to help me with my order and made the coffee with such joy. It was a very comfortable atmosphere.
