When it first opened, the store was incredibly popular, with long lines forming. I decided to visit, thinking the crowds might have died down by now. I arrived around 12:30 PM on a weekend, and all the jam-filled bread except for the two varieties I purchased were sold out. It was a relief to find some remaining, even if they were the last ones. I bought: * Ultimate Strawberry @ ¥370 (tax included) * Shine Muscat @ ¥400 The bread is a round, hard Parisian-style bread filled with generous amounts of jam. The Parisian bread is crispy and fragrant, but it's not overly flavorful, as it's meant to complement the jam. The jam itself is delicious, with no artificial sweetness, allowing the natural sweetness and acidity of the fruit to shine through. *Note: While the bread is already filled with jam, it tastes even better after a quick reheat. I'd love to try the other jam-filled breads in the future. If you have a specific jam-filled bread in mind, I recommend visiting early. It was Sunday at 1:30 PM, and I took a gamble and went, and I was able to buy some! I've never seen a line. You can buy it easily. This was my third time shopping here, and I bought sweet pineapple and Shine Muscat. The jam is generously filled and not too sweet. The bread is soft French. The pineapple was okay. I thought the Shine Muscat might be better if it wasn't warmed up. The first time I went, they recommended strawberries, so I bought them, but they weren't very good. It says that it can be frozen for about two months, but after storing it for a month, it didn't taste very good.
