• Sesame Tan Tan Noodles + 3 Dumplings The vegan Tan Tan noodles were delicious! They were light and refreshing without the greasy feeling of animal products. However, they were still flavorful and rich thanks to the peanut paste. The noodles were thin and easy to eat. The portion size was just right. I really liked them. I wanted to drink all of the soup, but I was too full and had to leave a little bit. I want to try the konjac noodles and other menu items too. I was also interested in the summer-only cold Chinese noodles made with rice flour. The dumplings are very hot, so be careful. They spoke English to foreign customers. The food came out quickly after I ordered. The staff were very nice.
The photo shows the White Sesame Tan Tan Men, priced at 980 yen. I noticed it was a vegan Tan Tan Men right before entering the restaurant, and I was a little worried about whether it would be filling enough since it looked small and light. But it was totally fine! (゚∀゚)/ The soup was delicious and didn't leave me feeling heavy even after finishing it. I was curious about what they made it from, but this is a good option when you want a light meal. (゚∀゚)/ Thank you for the meal.
I was looking for a place to have lunch, but every restaurant had a line. This place inside the station happened to be empty, so I went in. It's a specialty 担々麺 (dandanmian) shop, and they had so many different kinds that I was overwhelmed. I ended up ordering the black sesame 担々麺. Soon, a delicious bowl arrived. The sesame flavor was strong, of course, and the noodles were thin and well-coated, making it very tasty. The small amount of raw vegetables on top were a nice touch. It was a counter seat, but there was plenty of space on either side, so I didn't feel cramped at all.
I visited on Saturday, June 2024. This place used to be a health-conscious, trendy spot, but it's changed hands. It's now a restaurant serving food that even people from certain religions who don't eat meat can enjoy. I wasn't really planning on going in, but the noodles with lemon slices on top in the storefront display caught my eye. The layout of the restaurant is the same as the previous one. There were Indian families and regular Japanese people. I ordered and it came out in about 5 minutes. Wow, it was a delicious cold ramen with a strong lemon flavor. The mock meat, which was probably soy meat, that was supposed to be like char siu... I could have done without it. It was a refreshing and delicious meal.
The soup is light and flavorful, making it a great option for women. The restaurant doesn't use any animal products, making it a good choice for vegans.
