The shop is located less than a two-minute walk from the station, down a small side street. It gained immense popularity in Fukuoka's Rokubonsmatsu district and has now expanded to Tokyo. Since its opening in 2021, it has been a wildly popular spot with lines of dozens of people every weekend. I visited on a weekday around 1 pm and there was a 15-person wait. I was able to enter after about 15 minutes. The shop is small and has a six-person limit, and with so many adorable and tempting breads, it's inevitable that you'll spend some time browsing. The interior is like a fairytale, with an organic, Instagrammable vibe. The warm wooden design, dried flower decorations, and visually appealing sweet breads create a delightful atmosphere. It's no wonder this place is so popular. Of the breads I took home, the Premium Pistachio was my favorite. If I didn't have to wait in line, I'd definitely come back again. Thank you for the delicious meal.

I went with the aim of being there when they opened on Sunday, but I ended up waiting in line for about an hour. The line stretched out onto the sidewalk, but there were no security guards, and pedestrians were forced to walk on the road. The awning over the shop was tattered, which gave me a glimpse into the owner's character. Many people were eating their takeout food at the tables, but the staff seemed to ignore them. Since the tax rate is different, they should be more careful. Most of the bread was extremely sweet, which made me wonder if it was worth the wait.

I visited around 12:00 pm on a rainy weekend. There were already about 15 people in line, and I was able to enter after waiting for about 20 minutes. The lineup was extensive, with both savory and sweet options. I bought about 9 items, and they were all delicious. My favorite was the sausage dog. The bread was delicious, but the sausage was incredibly juicy and the best part. It was less crowded than I expected for a weekend, so I'd like to visit again if it's not too busy.

I visited around 12:30 PM on a weekday. The line was short, and I was able to enter after waiting for about 5 minutes. There were still plenty of items available, making it hard to choose. They have a wide variety of both sweet and savory options, which is great. • Fresh Donut ¥290 • Croque Monsieur ¥360 • French Toast ¥330 • Dakota Burger ¥560 The Dakota Burger was packed with huge, surprising vegetables, making it very satisfying. The meat was a bit tough, but it had that classic meaty flavor that went well with the bread, making it a good lunch option. The fresh donut was so soft that when I got home, I thought, "Did I buy such a small bun?" It was so small, it was unrecognizable (laughs). It was delicious, but it's best to either carry it carefully to avoid crushing it or eat it on the spot. The French toast and Croque Monsieur didn't have any particularly noteworthy features, but they were simply delicious. I'll definitely try something different next time. ^^
