I stopped by this burger joint for a quick bite before buying a CS at Tokyobike. I was looking for a burger place nearby and found this one. It's about halfway between Morishita Station and Kiyosumi Shirakawa Station. The restaurant only has counter seating, and when I visited around 1:30 PM on a weekday, I was the only customer. The menu offers a choice of either fries or coleslaw with the burgers. Takeout seems to only come with fries. There's also a single pickle. As a first-timer, I went for the classic bacon, egg, and cheese burger. For drinks, they have a wide selection, and I opted for the craft cola. The craft cola is their own original blend, with a refined sweetness and a touch of spice. The carbonation in the can isn't too strong. The bacon, egg, and cheese burger had a well-charred patty, crisp lettuce, and was incredibly delicious. The original sauce is BBQ-based, which paired perfectly with the cola. I missed the monthly menu poster or didn't notice it, but I later saw on social media that they had a smashed potato burger in June. I'll definitely be back to try it!

The prices were slightly higher than what was listed in the reviews. While a bit pricey, the classic burger with juicy meat, tomato, and onion was delicious. It comes with fries and pickles, both of which were tasty. The restaurant is quite small with only counter seating. There are outdoor terrace seats.

The atmosphere is fantastic, and the food is seasoned with care. The classic American diner style with buns and patties cooked on a griddle. The aroma that fills the air is irresistible. Their coleslaw is amazing. Can anyone really dislike it? It's seriously delicious. The burgers are also seasoned in a way that's very appealing to Japanese palates. The restaurant has a dynamic presence, and the sauce is simply outstanding. The buns are perfectly crisp on the outside and soft and sweet on the inside, a real home run. The patties are also seasoned just right and are finely chopped, allowing you to savor the meat. The bacon, lettuce, and tomato are all excellent additions. It was a truly enjoyable burger experience. The staff is incredibly friendly. I went for lunch, and we ended up talking so much that I stayed for three hours! [Re...Revisit] I had the Buffalo chicken for lunch. It's delicious! This place is great. I'll definitely be back.

It seemed to be a gathering place for local older men. The older female staff member being teased by the men was a bit... not something I wanted to see in such an open and relaxed place. I ordered a Classic for ¥1350 and a Ginger Highball for ¥600. I visited on a Sunday afternoon. The service was attentive. The hamburger patty was overcooked, in my opinion. It had a strong, savory flavor from the Maillard reaction, though. The sauce was barbecue-style. The sweetness of the onions was good. There were no utensils provided, so I ate with my hands, but it was a bit big and a little difficult to eat that way. I saw that the accompanying fries were frozen and then fried. Honestly, there are a lot of hamburger shops in this price range, so I felt it was just average... Since it's nearby, I might go there again occasionally, since they also serve alcohol.

This is it! This is the kind of classic burger I've been craving! A simple, delicious burger that hits the spot, meow! The most popular "Classic Burger + Cheese" features crispy fried onions that add a nice touch. The char on the patty and bun adds a delicious aroma, and while the seasoning is simple, the flavors of the ingredients really shine through! (The fries and pickles come as a set, and I love how big they are!) If you like spicy food, they recommend the "Sweet Chili Burger." The "Shanwei Chips" inside are crispy, flavorful, and pack a punch! It's quite spicy, even for adults! They're a condiment found in Chinese dishes that were featured on the show "Solitary Gourmet." The owner asked the supplier to bring them in. The unique flavor was delicious! They also have hot dogs, which I'd love to try! The restaurant is small with only counter seating, but it has large windows that make it feel open and airy. On the other hand, it can get a little chilly in the fall and winter, so a soup or hot coffee would be nice! This is a fantastic addition to the recent boom in Morishita, meow!!
