A real disappointment after a long time. I hope this review helps anyone visiting for the first time. The wine and food were delicious. However, the service was incredibly slow (we ordered almost everything at the start). The appetizers came out relatively quickly. We ordered the liver pâté thinking it would come out soon, but it took an hour. The main course took another two hours. We ordered bread as an additional order (to eat with the pâté and main course). The food never came, and only the small bread arrived at our table. Of course, the bread was cold, and we were so hungry that we had to reluctantly eat just the bread. This place seems to be a restaurant that serves wine with bread. The portions were also small, so I wanted to order more, and there was a wide variety of wines, so I wanted to try different ones with the food. I wanted to order pasta, but I didn't know how long I would have to wait, so I gave up on ordering anything else. Incidentally, the restaurant was practically empty, with only one other table occupied and two or three people at the counter. If you went on a date, you would be disappointed and probably get rejected. Also, it's best not to go when you're hungry. There are many restaurants with one chef that are much busier, but I've never seen a restaurant where the food takes this long. *Note: The chef is not the only one working, there are two other service staff members. And most importantly, they treat regulars well, so first-timers should really avoid this place. It has a unique atmosphere. You will definitely be disappointed. Everything I've written here is true, and I'm actually being conservative with my words.

The wine is in absolutely phenomenal condition. And the quality of the food is superb. The dishes have a simple flavor, but you can tell they've been prepared with great care. It's truly a hidden gem, but what makes it truly special is the incredible selection of wines by the glass, all at reasonable prices. Wine lovers will be in heaven. The Italian-inspired cuisine features fresh ingredients from Tsukiji Market, making it the perfect pairing for the delicious wines. It's also conveniently located near Ginza, so I highly recommend it.

This establishment boasts a wide selection of wines available by the glass, including back vintages and rare finds, making for a truly enjoyable experience. However, be mindful that they often recommend wines without disclosing their price, and inquiring about the cost can feel awkward. This can lead to unexpected expenses if you simply accept their recommendations. For reference, the prices of aged wines sold by the establishment are set in line with current market values. Their pricing for Japanese wines is particularly aggressive. For instance, a wine that retails for approximately ¥5,000 was priced at ¥2,200 per glass (calculated as 10 servings from a bottle). This represents a markup of 4 to 5 times the bottle price.

The cuisine is primarily Italian, but the wine list is extensive, offering a wide selection of wines by the glass, from trendy Japanese wines to Grand Crus. It's recommended to sit at the counter and chat with the owner.

The fluffy pâté de campagne is exquisite, but the liver pâté is also amazing - creamy, slightly bitter, and delicious! And the wine selection is incredible. You can tell the owner about your preferences, and they'll perfectly understand what you're looking for.
