## Gyugyu Nishi-Azabu Main Store Located just a 3-4 minute walk from Roppongi Station's Exit 2 on the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line, right in front of Roppongi Hills, this restaurant is a popular spot even among YouTubers like Hikaru. The taste is top-notch, of course! I went to enjoy the A5 Wagyu full course, where you can savor the 'space' itself, which is also Instagram-worthy. Hidden away in a back alley, you'll find a grand, luxurious door after descending the stairs. The interior is dimly lit, sparkling with a wine cellar boasting over 100 bottles and stylish decor. The 'fun' continues with the incredibly long premium sliced beef tongue, the Cinderella Sushi, and the Urashima Taro's Treasure Box, all with their unique presentations. But the best part is the 'deliciousness' that you can both see and taste. The tender meat in the Wasabi Festival, which has absolutely no spiciness, and the egg-on-rice, made with eggs from Hyogo Prefecture, the 'first-place winner of the All-Japan Egg-on-Rice Championship,' were both delicious and exactly to my liking. The staff's efficiency and excellent service made me want to come back again. It's a great restaurant! I highly recommend it. Reservations are essential!
The restaurant boasts a lavish performance. The staff is well-trained, ensuring a pleasant experience. While the meat in the course might seem a bit small, the final ramen is absolutely delicious. The portion size is carefully adjusted so that you feel just right after finishing everything. If you're still hungry, you can always order more.
We celebrated our wedding anniversary on May 29th. The food was delicious, but what truly impressed us was the ambiance, the service, the presentation of the dishes, and even the tableware. Everything was exquisite! We were also very happy to be able to smoke in the private room (there was also a designated smoking area). I was particularly impressed by the attentiveness of the waiter who discreetly moved out of the way when I tried to take a picture of the interior. The explanations provided with each dish were also very detailed and helpful. The portion sizes were just right for us (those who eat a lot might want to order additional items).

Everything here is designed for Instagram! It's all so photogenic (laughs). Even the interior is incredibly flashy, it was a shock (laughs). I'm sure everyone will think, "I've seen this on SNS!" The meat was delicious, but personally, their melon is in a league of its own! It's incredibly delicious, so definitely try it!
