We visited this restaurant last weekend! All the dishes were delicious, and they had a wide variety of wines and other drinks that were also very tasty. I came with my wife, and she was very happy, which was great. We also requested a birthday plate on the day of our visit, and they even dimmed the lights and played music for us, making it a truly special occasion. Thank you so much for making it such a wonderful anniversary! The food was excellent and the prices were reasonable, so we will definitely be back again!
A hidden gem Italian restaurant located on the 4th floor of the building next to Marui, right in front of the Central Exit of Ueno Station. They offer a wide variety of dishes, including appetizers, snacks, pasta, pizza, and more. I visited during lunchtime. ------------MENU I had today------------- - Prosciutto and Appetizer Platter - ¥1869 - Seasonal Ajillo - ¥769 - Signature Wood-Fired Margherita - ¥770 - Whole Camembert Eruption - ¥1374 The overall portion sizes were quite generous, especially the pizza, which had a diameter of over 30cm and was priced very reasonably at ¥500 to ¥800. I was very satisfied. - Homemade Tiramisu - ¥659 The tiramisu for dessert was not too sweet and just the right amount of sweetness, so I devoured it in no time! I don't drink much alcohol, but they have a lunch wine all-you-can-drink plan. You can enjoy a variety of wines, including sparkling wine, through self-service. Highly recommended for wine lovers. Thank you for the delicious meal.
I became a huge fan of this restaurant after visiting the Kawasaki branch last month. I heard they also have a branch near Ueno Station, so I stopped by after doing some New Year's shopping at Ameya-Yokocho. The atmosphere in Kawasaki was great, but Ueno has a really nice vibe too! It's a casual space with friendly staff and a really comfortable atmosphere. The menu I enjoyed at the Kawasaki branch was so good that it was constantly on my mind, so I ordered pretty much the same thing this time. I also went with the same unlimited drink plan as last time, which is ¥2,189. This all-you-can-drink plan includes nearly 100 different wines, including red and white sparkling wines, all available buffet-style. The all-you-can-drink menu also includes beer, cocktails, and other drinks besides wine, so while you can order drinks individually at a reasonable price, this plan is definitely the best deal if you're coming here. The appetizer is homemade bread made with Jersey milk. This bread is so milky and delicious! Plus, it's free refills, and you can even get it with variations like honey toast and garlic toast, which is amazing. The luxurious platter of cured meats and appetizers is packed with delicious items like marinated octopus, drool-inducing chicken, potato salad topped with luxurious ikura (salmon roe), and pickled long yam and cucumber. It's a feast for the eyes and the stomach, with a generous amount of food. The ajillo is bursting with the savory flavor of anchovies, and the oil is perfectly seasoned. The red-meat lamp steak is tender and juicy, with a rich, wild flavor that's incredibly satisfying. The white meat sauce pasta is rich but elegant, with a delicious flavor that's not at all overwhelming. The butter and cheese flavors are amazing. They'll keep adding cheese until you say stop, so I had them pile it on! (laughs) You can choose from over 30 different pizzas, and I went with a half-and-half of spicy Mexican and basil & mascarpone. The Mexican pizza is definitely spicy, but it's a clean, sharp spice that's refreshing and delicious. The mascarpone is rich and creamy, and it was absolutely amazing. The tiramisu for dessert was seriously high-quality, with a refined sweetness and a smooth texture that was simply divine. From the appetizer to the dessert, everything was incredibly luxurious and extravagant, but the incredibly reasonable bill was truly impressive! The value is unbeatable, the atmosphere is great, and it's a really comfortable place to be. If you go to the Ueno Station branch, I'm sure you'll want to come back again and again.
The interior was stylish and cute! The food was piping hot and very delicious! The complimentary cheese was freshly grated and tasty! The staff were friendly and greeted me with smiles, making me feel very comfortable. I will definitely go back again! Thank you so much!
I ordered yukke, but it never came out. I understand that mistakes happen in the restaurant industry. However, when I pointed out that it was included on the receipt, the staff simply said "yes" and corrected it. Wouldn't a simple "sorry" have been appropriate? It feels like they're looking down on customers.
