Excelsior, conveniently located just a short walk from Ningyocho Station on the Tokyo Metro. Despite being in the city center, the cafe is quite spacious and always bustling, but finding a seat shouldn't be too difficult. They also have a decent number of seats for heated tobacco smokers, and a separate smoking room for those who prefer traditional cigarettes. It's a very convenient spot, even attracting some people who seem to come just for the smoking facilities. While the cafe is spacious, there are relatively few staff members, so you might notice some dirty tables. However, you can easily wipe them down yourself. Overall, it's a very user-friendly cafe, so I highly recommend it.

I had the pasta with cod roe and iced coffee. The smoking and non-smoking sections are clearly separated, and the interior is spacious and relaxing. The pasta is delicious, with large prawns that are satisfying to eat. The staff are also friendly and provide excellent service, making it a pleasant place to spend time.

The iced cafe mocha I ordered had a nice balance of bitterness and sweetness.
