I went there around 4:30 PM on a weekday and was able to get a table right away. I ordered the Kintamamen for ¥1,300. I thought ¥1,300 was a bit pricey, but it came with a marinated egg and a large piece of char siu. Plus, they let you take as much seaweed and raw egg as you want. They also had a good selection of flavor-changing items like garlic chives pepper, pepper, and bonito flakes. The flavor was a delicious shoyu ramen. Personally, I don't need the seaweed or raw egg, so I wish they would lower the price accordingly. Also, the pepper and bonito flakes containers were too stylish and didn't dispense much. I wish they would use something more practical. It was a delicious meal. Thank you.

I had high expectations based on the positive reviews, but it was just average. They offer a bowl of rice cooked in a clay pot if you leave a Google review and show it to the staff. This explains the high number of reviews. I ordered the KANEDA noodles and Wagyu beef rice, as they were recommended on the vending machine. You can use transportation IC cards. The ramen comes with a choice of thin or thick noodles. It has a clean, refreshing flavor. The Wagyu beef rice was too salty, which overpowered the deliciousness of the meat. I ate it with a raw egg. I went there on a weekday around 11:00 am, and while some places had lines, I was able to get in right away.

I never knew there was such a fierce ramen battleground right next to Tokyo Station! (lol) I went to "Kaneda", located in the basement of KITTE Marunouchi, where a row of ramen shops are lined up! I ordered the "KANEDA Noodles and Wagyu Rice Set", which is their most popular item! By the way, my partner ordered the flat, chilled soba noodles, which come with a choice of three different soups!! As soon as we sat down, I was like, "What is this place?!" (lol) Free-flow eggs and seaweed?! (lol) The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and it seemed like a comfortable place to be! And then, the long-awaited ramen and wagyu rice set arrived! The soy sauce soup was light and refreshing, without any strong flavors. But the noodles were full of flavor, making it absolutely delicious! (lol) By the way, the wagyu rice bowl is highly recommended! It was so good, I could have eaten it in one bite! (lol) Definitely worth a try! I'm definitely going back here!

KITTE Marunouchi, located in Marunouchi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, is a popular building. In the basement of this building, there's a popular ramen shop called Kaneda, known for its long queues. They offer a refined, premium niboshi (dried bonito) clear soup ramen, made with the utmost care for ingredients by a French chef. I went there around 1:30 PM, and as expected, there was a line. During busy hours, you purchase your tickets from the vending machine on the left side of the store and join the queue. Once a table is ready, a staff member will guide you to your seat. There are 12 counter seats and two tables that seat four people. The interior is bright and clean, which might be why there are many couples and female customers. When you hand over your ticket, they'll ask you if you prefer thin or thick noodles. Today, I went for the niboshi ramen with thick noodles and added a pot of rice. The KANEDA noodles are made with Chinese-style wheat flour from Ayahhikari, a variety grown in Mie Prefecture, known for its sweetness and aroma. The soup is made with five different types of dried bonito. It's finished with a rich soy sauce and niboshi chicken oil, giving it a rich flavor and a delightful aroma. The char siu is made with pork shoulder, marinated in ginger and a special sauce, resulting in a rare char siu. Look at the beautiful color and size! The Kuroge Wagyu rice features rare A5 Kuroge Wagyu beef, cooked in a clay pot with rice from Fukushima Prefecture, resulting in a delicious combination of umami and sweetness. I added the egg first, so the shine of the rice is a bit obscured (regret). But the rice is truly beautiful and delicious. By the way, if you post on Google, you get a free pot of rice.

I visited "Kaneda," a popular ramen shop located in the highly competitive ramen district of Tokyo Station! Tokyo Station is vast and can be confusing to navigate, but if you head towards Exit M1, you'll find KITTE, and the ramen district is right there. The shop is located within this district. 😌 You must purchase your tickets before joining the queue. 😌 There were about 15 people in line, but the turnover was quick, so I didn't have to wait long to get inside. For the ramen, you can choose the thickness of the noodles. The popular choice is thin noodles, so I went with that. For the hand-made cold soba, you can choose between "niboshi (dried bonito) soup," "tantan soup," and "cold soup." I opted for the popular "niboshi soup." 😌 • Ramen The Chinese noodles are made with "Ayahikari" wheat from Mie Prefecture, known for their sweetness and aroma of barley. I chose the thin noodles, which were quite filling. The noodles paired well with the niboshi broth, which was not overly strong and easy to enjoy. 😌 There was also yuzu (citrus) in the broth, which gave it a refreshing finish. • A5 Rank Wagyu Rice This rice is from Fukushima and is known for its sweetness and moist texture. It's cooked in a clay pot over gas, which enhances its flavor and sweetness. The combination of "delicious rice," "luxurious A5 rank Wagyu beef," and "raw egg" was simply divine. • Hand-made Cold Soba The wide, flat noodles are made with a traditional high-hydration dough and added wheat bran for flavor, resulting in a smooth texture (made by Sugano Seimenjo). The thick noodles were refreshing and perfect for a cold soba. Even with the niboshi soup, it was still light and delicious. 😌 The tantan soup sounds delicious too, especially if you like spicy food.🤤 The condiments on the table are labeled "unlimited," so you can add as much as you like. I enjoyed being able to change the flavor of my ramen with seaweed, raw egg, pepper, bonito flakes, and chili pepper. 😌 ____________________________ 🍽️ Menu (10% tax included) KANEDA Ramen with A5 Rank Wagyu Rice ¥1,800 Flat Cold Soba ¥1,200
