I enjoyed a delightful breakfast at the restaurant on the 14th floor of the Mitsui Garden Hotel Premier. The menu was incredibly appealing, featuring a main course selection of their signature roast beef, everyone's favorite Eggs Benedict, pho, Japanese cuisine, and vegan options. The unlimited side dishes included two types of Maison Kayser bread, a generous salad, desserts, non-alcoholic sparkling wine, fruit juice, and soy latte. The variety was impressive, ensuring that even during a multi-night stay, there would be something new to try. I was very satisfied with the selection. The restaurant's open space created a pleasant atmosphere. The service was excellent, with attentive staff who confirmed allergies and provided courteous assistance. However, the only downside was that plates weren't cleared promptly, and there were no offers for additional orders. Overall, I was highly satisfied with the experience.

Upon exiting the elevator, you are greeted by a mirrored entrance, leading into a spacious and luxurious interior, perfect for a date. The window seats are particularly well-suited for couples, making it an ideal choice for special occasions like anniversaries. The restaurant offers a 5-course menu, each dish showcasing creativity, individuality, and delicious flavors. The roast beef, a signature dish, is renowned for its tenderness and exquisite taste. Wine pairings are also available, making it a great option for wine enthusiasts. With its stunning views, delectable cuisine, and convenient location near Roppongi Station, this restaurant is a gem worth remembering.

This restaurant is located on the 14th floor of the Mitsui Garden Hotel in Roppongi. I recently had the pleasure of celebrating a birthday there. My experience was marked by a clear distinction between the positive aspects and a few areas where I felt improvement could be made. On the positive side, the overall ambiance, the delicious food, and the exceptional service provided by the male staff members were truly commendable. The atmosphere exuded an air of sophistication, creating a very comfortable and welcoming environment. The meal consisted of an appetizer, soup, main course, and dessert (along with bread and coffee). Every dish was exquisite, with particular highlights being the sweet potato potage soup and the roasted duck for the main course. The foreign male waiter was incredibly attentive, anticipating our needs, such as promptly clearing our table after we finished paying, and providing detailed explanations and impeccable service, making the experience truly memorable. While I hesitate to offer criticism, I felt compelled to mention two areas where I believe improvements could be made: the background music and the female staff. Regarding the music, I'll refrain from commenting on the specific selections as taste is subjective. However, I found the volume to be quite loud, making it slightly distracting. I understand the intention might have been to ensure privacy for neighboring tables, but even when sitting face-to-face, it made conversation a bit challenging. A slight reduction in volume, perhaps by one or two notches, would have been ideal. The female staff, in comparison to their male counterparts, appeared a bit less polished (for example, consuming coffee in a visible area, placing dishes somewhat haphazardly, and neglecting to inquire about milk preferences when serving coffee). This difference in service was noticeable, particularly given the exceptional performance of the male staff. However, I did sense a genuine effort on their part, and I believe that with more experience, they will undoubtedly improve. Overall, the positive aspects of the experience outweighed the minor shortcomings. The food was delicious, the price was reasonable without being exorbitant, and the restaurant is well-suited for special occasions. I would certainly consider returning in the future. I had lunch here! The interior is stylish and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. It was midday so the sun was quite bright ☀️. The pasta was very filling but had a refined taste and was delicious! I forgot to take a picture, but the peach juice was also delicious!

I had been eager to try their dinner menu ever since! Their cuisine features an original lineup of dishes that emphasize organic ingredients, spices, and herbs. ＼(^^)／ They don't adhere to any specific genre, instead focusing on showcasing the freshest seasonal ingredients, which were incredibly delicious. Their specialty is the slow-aged roast beef, served with a historic, special gravy sauce. It was truly exceptional! ★Pairing options are available for the courses.★ This time, I enjoyed their "recommended autumn seasonal course" featuring their signature roast beef and an abundance of seasonal ingredients. The six-course meal included: ■Amuse ■Cold Appetizer ■Appetizer ■Pasta: Organic Mushroom and Black Truffle Tagliolini ■Main ■Dessert: Fig and Hazelnut Gateau Chocolat ■Café (I chose the listed options for the pasta and dessert. The Organic Mushroom and Black Truffle Tagliolini was generously topped with black truffle and was absolutely delicious - highly recommended!♡♡) Their stylish bar offers a selection of champagne, cocktails, and wines, making it suitable for various occasions and purposes. It's also a hotel bar where you can enjoy a quick drink, making it a hidden gem, especially on weekends and holidays.
