I'm completely smitten with Nutritional Yeast, which I dove headfirst into. I've become a complete devotee of BiOcafe. I had the "Brown Rice Pasta, Vegan Cheese, Carbonara." The white shavings tasted like soy milk. The herb flavor was so strong that I couldn't discern the details. When I scooped up the pasta, I saw a yellow powder underneath. I sniffed it and realized it was Nutritional Yeast. It was a perfect match for this pasta. This is the first time I've seen such a straightforward collaboration at a restaurant. I'm a choco-mint fanatic, so my main reason for coming here today was the mint chocolate mousse. It was worth the trip. It's incredibly delicious. Based on its smooth, soft texture, I suspect they use agar. The Chamomile Fantasy was also delicious. The sweet aroma of German chamomile is enhanced with mint and lemongrass for a refreshing touch. The white wine in the glass, at only 300 yen, was delicious. The bread was also to my liking and delicious. I'll definitely come back 💖

This is an organic cafe located in Shibuya. I ordered the beet brown rice pasta this time. It's a pink pasta that's very cute. The salad, bread, drinks, and soup are all buffet style, so you can eat as much as you like. For 1,880 yen, I felt it was a great deal.

I had lunch alone at BiOcafe on Spain Hill, about a 5-minute walk from Shibuya Station on the Tokyo Metro, around 1:40 PM on Sunday. According to Tabelog, it's been selected as one of the Tabelog Hundred Best Restaurants, and its lunch features an all-you-can-eat organic salad bar with organic, cultivated vegetables, making it a great place to enjoy salads and other dishes. Even at this late lunch hour, there was a line, and I had to wait standing near the entrance. Once a seat on the waiting bench became available, I sat down and waited for about 10 minutes before being seated at a table in the back left corner of the restaurant. The interior was bright, beautiful, and stylish. As expected, the clientele was mostly young women. The background music was Western pop. I immediately checked out the lunch menu. Lunch was ¥1,980 (tax included) and included the following all-you-can-eat and all-you-can-drink options: * 8 types of organic vegetables * 4 types of homemade organic sourdough bread * Soup (consommé soup that day?) * 2 types of herbal tea (organic Earl Grey and SNORE & PEACE that day?) * Detox water made with fresh fruits and vegetables Then, you choose your main course from the following 5 options: * Glutinous rice brown rice, large fried tofu, stick fritters * Brown rice pasta, fiber-rich peppery soup * Gluten-free veggie burger * Brown rice pasta, vegan cheese, carbonara * Brown rice, gluten-free fried chicken I went with the fried chicken. The following additional drinks were also available: * Glass of wine (red/white/sparkling) ¥300 (tax included) * Sparkling wine all-you-can-drink ¥1,000 (tax included) (90 minutes) * Other drinks were ¥200 off the regular menu price You could choose from the following 4 salad dressings: * Sweet and sour tomato and basil dressing * Herb dressing with vegetables and dill * Citrus soy sauce dressing * Oyster sauce rich ethnic dressing (non-vegan) You could also add olive oil, sesame oil, or salt to your bread. I immediately piled my wooden plate with vegetables and drizzled them with dressing. The vegetables included mizuna, arugula, lettuce?, raw onion, and more. There was even a black vegetable I hadn't seen before. Everything was fresh and delicious. It was a great touch that the vegetables were covered to prevent them from drying out. I tried all the dressings, but the oyster sauce one was the richest and most delicious. The bread was cut into bite-sized pieces, making it easy to eat. It was delicious, and it went well with the olive oil and sesame oil. The soup was warm and comforting. After about 50 minutes of being seated, my main course of fried chicken finally arrived. It was nice to be able to leisurely enjoy the salad and bread and read a book, but the wait was quite long. The fried chicken was piping hot and crispy, and the flavor was well-seasoned. It went well with the lemon and tartar sauce. The brown rice was also moist and delicious. BiOcafe in Shibuya, Tokyo, is a bright, beautiful, and stylish restaurant with an all-you-can-eat and all-you-can-drink menu of organic vegetables, bread, soup, detox water, and herbal tea. It's a healthy and highly recommended spot!

**Highlights:** * All-you-can-eat salad buffet * Colorful bagels, also unlimited * Variety of healthy options, including vegan choices ┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈ **My Order:** * Brown rice pasta with braised Chamibuta (tea-fed pork) and crispy plums The lunch menu includes a salad buffet, vegan soup, and bread, all of which are unlimited. First, I piled my plate high with my favorite vegetables from the salad buffet. There were so many options, including eggplant, bracken fern, and unusual colored carrots. All the vegetables were available for refills! There were also four different dressings. My favorite was the basil-based one. ☺️ While waiting for my pasta, I enjoyed some soup and bread. The bakery offers a variety of bagels, which are cut into small pieces so you can try different flavors. I loved the pink strawberry bagel and the beautiful green mugwort bagel. Finally, my pasta arrived! The pork, raised on tea, had a rich sweetness. The pasta was tossed in a light and refreshing plum and oil sauce. The brown rice pasta had a firm texture and a nutty flavor. The crispy plums added a nice touch and made the dish delicious from start to finish. The shop also sells gluten-free bagels and various sweets. It seems like a great place to enjoy a cafe experience or grab some takeout. I can't wait to go back! Thank you for the delicious meal.

I love the chewy bagels at this shop and always stop by whenever I'm in Shibuya. Recently, I went for lunch 🍽️ and was shocked to see that all the lunch options were ¥1,880! I always thought it was a bit pricey, but I didn't realize it had gone up that much… 🥲 Even so, considering you get all-you-can-eat salad, soup, bagels, and organic drinks, it might be a good deal…😖 Personally, I thought: Salad Bar: The dressings are delicious, but it's really hard to get the salad. (Where do you put the lid when you're getting salad?) Bagels: I wish I could toast them a bit! It might be difficult though… Also, it would be amazing if they had cream or butter to spread on them. Main: I had the carbonara, but the flavor was a bit bland. It's organic, so it's never been super flavorful, but the noodles were also soft and kind of underwhelming. 💦 Overall, I still love the bagels, so I'll definitely be back again. 🐼 Thank you for the meal! m(*_ _)m
