The coffee specialty shop is attached to the hotel.☕️ ✓ Menu ordered - Cold brew coffee - Cafe - Chocolate scone It's located on the second floor of the hotel and feels like a hidden gem cafe. Most of the hotel guests were foreigners! The cafe has two spaces: one with a warm, wood-toned atmosphere as seen in the video, and another with a Japanese modern style that foreigners might like. Both were absolutely lovely! Thank you for the meal!

【January 2024】 This day, I had a New Year's party in Hamacho. Since I was in Nihonbashi, I decided to make a day of it. I had "Nimonodono" at "Tokyo Sushi" for lunch, and then got some bread at "Beaver Bread", a famous bakery, while strolling around. In between, I stopped by this cafe. This cafe is located on the 2nd floor of the "MIMARU SUITES Tokyo Nihonbashi" hotel. When I got to the 2nd floor by elevator, there were many Asian tourists, a symbol of inbound tourism, and the cafe was tucked away in a corner. When I arrived, there was one group of two people already at the cafe, and another group of two arrived later. There were three tables, so it was a nice, quiet atmosphere. Since it's inside a hotel, I think it's a hidden gem of a cafe. There was a friendly male staff member at the counter, who had a refreshing demeanor that suited the atmosphere. I took a look at the menu and ordered: - Americano 600 yen By the way, they also have hand-drip coffee starting at 720 yen. I found a table and waited for my coffee. The cup with the cafe's name had a stylish logo that matched the interior design. After taking a sip, I immediately realized it was high-quality coffee. I've found that coffee at hotel cafes isn't always good, but this cafe is a rare gem where you can enjoy delicious coffee. They also have sweets, which I'm sure are delicious too. There were some art pieces displayed, making it a relaxing space to spend time. I enjoyed my coffee and relaxed. It's a perfect place to take a break during a stroll through Nihonbashi. It was a wonderful time. Thank you for the delicious coffee.

I came here because of the good reviews. The atmosphere is really lovely and it feels like a hidden gem. The cold brew iced coffee was refreshing and delicious. It seems like they use different beans each day, and today it was Ethiopian. I'd like to try their morning menu next time. The staff were also very friendly and provided great service.

I visited on a weekend afternoon. It's located inside a hotel, so it's a bit hard to find at first glance, but it wasn't crowded and had a lovely atmosphere. It's a quiet space, but it seems like you could bring children without worrying. The restrooms have a changing table and are accessible for wheelchair users. When you get off the elevator on the second floor, the reception desk is right in front of you. To the right, there's a register, three tables, and the restrooms. If the tables are full, there's also a tatami mat area on the left where you can enjoy your drinks. The tatami mats and lighting give it a Japanese feel, which would likely appeal to foreigners. I spent some time reading a book. I didn't use it because I didn't know the password, but I believe there's Wi-Fi since it's in a hotel. There were also outlets at the foot of the tables. Cold brew coffee is 640 yen, and Americano is 600 yen. They offer hand-drip coffee, which seems to change daily, with three options to choose from. I didn't know the types of beans, so I told them my preference and got Kenyan coffee. It was 730 yen. The most expensive option is around 1000 yen. They serve it in a Japanese teacup, so you sip it slowly. You can pay with PayPay or credit cards. They also have croissants, cookies, and other food items, so it's good for a light meal.

It's right near my workplace and I'd been curious about it, so I went there to kill some time. It's nice that it's not crowded around 10:00 am. Of course, the coffee is delicious. I got a cold brew to go on a sweltering summer day, and it was refreshing and delicious.
