This cafe is incredibly popular with foreign visitors. The reason? From the window seats, you have a commanding view of the Scramble Crossing. Coupled with the name recognition of L'Occitane, this place is always packed. I was torn between a parfait and a creme brulee, but since it was after a meal, I opted for the latter. I also had a hot cup of tea to warm up. The creme brulee was beautifully caramelized, without any excess sugar. The thickness and sweetness of the custard were just right, making it a truly excellent dessert. Considering the beautiful presentation and the location, I think it's definitely worth the hype. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this cafe to others.

Located on the second floor of the L'Occitane store, right in the heart of the iconic Shibuya Scramble Crossing, L'Occitane Cafe offers a prime view of the bustling city. With windows lining both the Hachiko side and the crossing side, you can soak in the energy of Shibuya's most famous intersection. The Hachiko side features counter seating. On this particular day, the summer heat was still lingering, and I was exhausted from the crowds. Craving something cold, I decided to revisit this cafe after a while. While I usually sit at the counter, this time I was seated at a large table. It was a bit disappointing not to be by the window. I ordered the Orange Iced Tea for ¥1,080. It was a beautiful iced tea adorned with an orange slice. The taste was more like orange juice than tea, with a strong orange flavor that perfectly quenched my thirst. It was exactly the refreshing drink I needed on a hot day. The vitamin C was truly a welcome boost. Customers were constantly coming in and out, and there were benches for waiting, making the wait seem less tedious. There were many international visitors, and it seemed like they were waiting for a regular table instead of the large one. Like the Starbucks across the street, this cafe is a fantastic spot to capture photos of the Scramble Crossing and enjoy delicious sweets. While the prices are a bit on the higher side, the overall experience is good, depending on how you perceive the location. Personally, I loved the orange tea and intentionally crossed the intersection to experience the hustle and bustle of Shibuya once again, making this a satisfying visit.

I recently visited the L'Occitane Cafe, located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of a building in front of Shibuya Station! It's in a prominent location, easily visible from the Hachiko statue, and its exterior had always caught my eye. It's been selected as one of the Top 100 Restaurants on Tabelog twice, and even right after opening, there were quite a few people there. If you sit by the window, you have a great view of Shibuya Station. ──────────────────── ⭐️ Menu I Ordered ☑︎ Meal Set ¥2,280 ──────────────────── I ordered the meal set, which comes with a main dish, mini dessert, and coffee or tea. For the main dish, I chose the smoked salmon and avocado sandwich. It's a sandwich, but the bread is a croffle! It's crispy and has a great buttery flavor, and it goes perfectly with the salmon and avocado. I also loved the cold pumpkin soup. For the mini dessert, I had the crème brûlée. It was a vanilla bean-rich custard, and it was right up my alley. ─ Crowds and Ambiance ─ It was pretty full around 11 am, with people scattered around the shared tables. The interior is stylish and bright, with a warm atmosphere. Finally, I was given some L'Occitane amenities at the end. Thank you for the delicious meal!

Location: Shibuya Station, just a short walk away. (Weekend 6:30 PM, no wait) I was able to drop in during a small gap in my schedule, so I decided to try it out! "L'Occitane Cafe" The interior is absolutely beautiful.✌️ I ordered the: • Shrimp and Rigatoni Tomato Cream Gratin with bread (¥1,780) (The cheese and tomato cream were absolutely delicious!) This place is just so stylish! The staff were all smiling and provided excellent service (๑>◡<๑)

The interior is bright yellow! 💛 The salad was incredibly voluminous, something you don't often see in Tokyo, and the dessert was delicious! It's surprisingly spacious, considering it's right in front of the Scramble Crossing! Plus, the tables are well-spaced, and I was in a booth, so our group could chat comfortably. There are a lot of foreign tourists. You might have to wait in line even on weekends... You can buy L'OCCITANE products on the first floor. 🧴
