It's just a few minutes' walk from Roppongi Station and Nogizaka Station. They have a wide variety of teas, so you might have trouble deciding what to drink. Personally, I recommend Darjeeling. It's been used as a filming location for the drama 'Aibou,' and they also sell 'Aibou' cans as souvenirs.
【Roppongi】 "DEMMERS TEEHAUS", a popular tea brand with its main store in Vienna I visited "DEMMERS TEEHAUS" (Denmea Tea House), a 4-minute walk from Roppongi Station's Exit 2. This is a tea brand that boasts immense popularity in Europe, with its main store in Vienna, Austria. While traditional Viennese sweets like Sachertorte and Kouglof are also popular, the star of the show is undoubtedly the tea. On this day, I enjoyed the "Mandarin Grapefruit (¥1200)" iced. The aroma was exquisite, and it was truly delicious.
A teahouse located on Stars and Stripes Street, right next to the National Art Center, Tokyo. They offer delicious cakes and generous servings of tea. They have a wide variety of tea leaves, and the tea tins are absolutely adorable!
I recently visited Denmea Tea House, located near the National Art Center in Nogizaka. Denmea Tea House is a tea brand with its main store in Vienna, Austria, and they reportedly supply tea to Hotel Sacher. The Roppongi branch is their direct store in Japan, where you can enjoy tea and sweets. When I went, it was quite crowded, with all four tables full and two groups waiting. After waiting for about 30 minutes, I was seated at a table by the window. I ordered the following: * Sachertorte * Scone * Darjeeling **Sachertorte** Since they supply tea to Hotel Sacher, you can enjoy their authentic Sachertorte. The cake is a bit small. The surface has a crispy chocolate that is bitter. The sponge part is said to contain apricot jam, giving it a light and fluffy texture with a subtle sweetness. It doesn't contain sugar, so you can add sweetness with the accompanying sweet whipped cream. **Scone** The scone is small, with two pieces. The surface is crispy, while the inside is moist. It has a delicious roasted aroma of flour, so it's good even on its own. It came with strawberry jam and apricot jam. The strawberry jam is tart and sweet, while the apricot jam has a strong acidity and sweetness, with chunks of fruit, which is nice. **Darjeeling GOLD GFOP** This is a blend of Darjeeling using high-grade tea leaves. It has a refreshing aroma and a crisp taste with a strong astringency.
When I visited Vienna, Austria, I had the pleasure of trying Sachertorte and was reminded of the excellent service at the Sacher Hotel, where they sent me a cake back to Japan as a souvenir. Walking past this shop, I couldn't resist the urge to go in. Unfortunately, the Apfelstrudel was sold out, leaving only Sachertorte and scones. Tears! However, they had a wide selection of teas, so I was able to find something I liked. If you're a tea connoisseur, you'll definitely enjoy their selection. The cakes and jams are not overly sweet and are very easy to eat. I really enjoyed them. Especially the cherry jam, which is hard to find, so I'll definitely buy some as a souvenir next time. I think everything on the menu is delicious.
