This place has great soy sauce! I recommend the special chicken white soup soy sauce soba! I visited the popular ramen shop "Kagari" in Ginza. I went there on a weekday evening around 7 pm, but there was already a line, with about 8 people waiting in front of me. There were many foreign tourists, and the signs at the front of the store were in English, creating an international atmosphere. It was my first time visiting, so I was a little nervous, but I joined the line with anticipation. The first thing that surprised me was that they didn't accept cash, only cashless payments. The system of buying tickets and then lining up again in a different line was a bit confusing, but I was able to complete the process with the help of the friendly staff. After getting my ticket, I continued to wait in line. I ordered the "Special Chicken White Soup Soy Sauce Soba" and "Chicken Chashu Butter Rice with Truffle Soy Sauce." The total price was 2,700 yen, which felt a bit expensive, but it increased my anticipation for the taste. After waiting about 25 minutes from entering the store, I was finally seated, and the Chicken Chashu Butter Rice with Truffle Soy Sauce was brought out first. I would have preferred to enjoy it with the ramen, but I ate it first. The rice topped with seared chashu had a perfect balance of aroma and tenderness, and it was covered in a soy sauce-based sauce, making it delicious even on its own. I recommend adding a bit more truffle soy sauce. I thought it might be good to eat it with the soup, but it was satisfying enough on its own. Next, the main dish, "Special Chicken White Soup Soba," arrived. The soup was thick and rich, a masterpiece of concentrated chicken flavor. The special toppings were served separately on a plate, and I enjoyed the different flavors with each bite. In particular, the richness and creamy texture of the soup were a new sensation I had never experienced before, making it feel more like a rich soup than ramen. I also tried a bit of my friend's salt chicken white soup soba, but I liked the soy sauce one better. The restaurant was bustling with foreign tourists, and the staff was multilingual, making it a truly international space. The staff members took orders in several languages, and words like "special" were conveyed carefully, transcending language barriers. What I felt in this environment was the "spirit of hospitality," which is one of the reasons why this restaurant is so popular as a tourist destination. When the staff member smiled and said "Thank you" as I left the counter, I felt that I had made the right choice in coming to this restaurant. By the time I left the restaurant, there was an even longer line, making me realize how popular it was. This restaurant offers a dish that transcends the boundaries of ramen, like a fine French dish. The "Special Chicken White Soup Soy Sauce Soba" in particular is a must-try, with its rich chicken white soup and diverse toppings. I definitely want to visit again. Overall, the price is a bit high, but the satisfaction I got was worth it. If you want to enjoy a special bowl of ramen in Ginza, I highly recommend visiting this restaurant. However, I recommend going with plenty of time to spare, especially during busy hours.

【Kagari Ginza】 ■An ultra-rich chicken white soup that you'll want to drink down to the last drop! I visited around 12 pm on a weekday, and there was a line of about 3 people. I was able to enter the store within 5 minutes. Upon entering the store, it felt like I was no longer in Japan. As expected for this area, there were only foreign tourists. The menu was also available in English and Chinese. Looking at the menu, the regular chicken white soup was 1,800 yen. The special, with truffles and other lavish toppings, was over 3,000 yen. It's a price range that surpasses what Japanese people imagine for ramen. The atmosphere, with the white curtain at the entrance and the interior, also gave off a restaurant-like impression. However, the Ginza branch was a bit more lively than the Roppongi branch. Ordering is done at a ticket machine inside the store, but the staff will assist you, so you can order without any trouble. I ordered the orthodox chicken white soup soba and waited 5 minutes for it to arrive. As always, the beautiful, ultra-rich soup with its thick consistency was adorned with ingredients like paprika and pumpkin, which are rare for ramen, creating a beautiful display. The soup has a rich texture and the aroma of chicken spreads throughout your mouth, making you feel happy every time you eat it. The noodles are straight and go well with the soup. It's recommended to eat this hot soup while it's still piping hot! <Menu I had> ・Chicken White Soup Soba 1,800 yen Thank you for the meal!

I stumbled upon this ramen shop on a side street in Ginza, drawn in by its charming sign. I arrived at 11:45 am on a Monday and there were two groups waiting ahead of me. I was seated within 10 minutes. The ramen was surprisingly delicious. I had the chicken white broth soba, which had a rich, creamy broth with subtle hints of truffle aroma and flavor. It was topped with beautifully presented seasonal summer vegetables, almost like a French dish. The visual appeal and the actual taste were both impeccable. The chicken chashu was also meticulously prepared and very flavorful. About 70% of the customers were foreigners, and the staff handled them with fluent English. I was thoroughly satisfied!

The rich soup is incredible! It's so thick and creamy that you could easily mistake it for a cream pasta sauce. The quality of the soup is top-notch! However, the other dishes, like the chicken chashu, feel a bit underwhelming for the price. It's not quite satisfying. The chashu on the chashu rice also lacks any creative flair. The price and quality don't seem to match up. It feels like a place primarily geared towards foreign tourists.

The location was a bit hard to find as it was tucked away in a back alley. The restaurant only has a counter with 18 seats. I went there on a Saturday at 12:30 pm and waited for a little over an hour. People who arrived around 1:00 pm were able to get in with almost the same wait time, so those coming later might not have to wait as long. You first line up to buy a ticket and then line up again. About 90% of the customers were foreigners. The staff also seemed to be mostly foreign. The chicken white soup is probably their main dish, but I wasn't in the mood for it and chose the oyster ramen instead. It was absolutely delicious! The seafood flavor was strong and I finished the entire bowl of soup. The chicken white soup was also rich and flavorful, but I preferred the oyster. As soon as I finished eating, my plate was cleared, so it seems like it's best to leave quickly after you're done.
