Located about a 5-minute walk from Kinshicho Station, this cafe has an incredibly cute exterior that feels like it's from another world. The same building often hosts Muster events on the upper floors. The cafe is on the first floor, and the space next to it is used for idol birthday decorations. Upon entering, you order first. For items that come with a photocard (kapho), you need to specify which photocard you want at the same time. Asking the staff about the available photocards is considered taboo. It's a rule to research them beforehand on social media, so be aware. This time, I ordered the BTS set. Instead of a photocard, the bonus was an album. After ordering, you wait for your number to be called and then pick up your order at the counter in the back of the cafe. In the back, there's a free corner with photobooks, albums, stickers, and trading cards from various groups. Some of the items are quite surprising. Just browsing through them is exciting. It's a bit far from Shin-Okubo, but fans make the trip specifically for this cafe. It's worth visiting. The food and staff are average.
I recently visited [Place Name] after hearing about their one-year collaboration menu featuring my favorite idol. It was a peaceful atmosphere where everyone enjoyed themselves, each with their own favorite idol in mind.π While there are some negative reviews, my experience was smooth with both check-in and cafe menu service. However, when it gets crowded, the staff spends more time serving the menu, leaving the register understaffed, which can lead to waiting. You need to stay in line or you might be skipped. It's best to secure a seat first and then head to the register to order. There are many different menus and groups, so it's a good idea to check out their Instagram beforehand to narrow down your choices.πββοΈ Something that made me really happy was that the staff played songs from the group that customers ordered.πΈ It was great to enjoy my favorite idol's music while having coffee.
This was absolutely the worst experience. I arrived just before closing time, but wasn't informed about the last order, so I ordered for dine-in. After waiting about 15 minutes, my food was ready and I was called. (Someone else was called before me, and they only said 'the order was mixed up' without an apology.) I took a picture of the food and took a bite, only to be told that I couldn't eat inside because closing time had passed. Why did they take my order for dine-in if they couldn't even serve it before closing time? And why did they charge me for a paper bag without even asking? Plus, the paper bag wasn't big enough for the cake, and the drink was in a cup with the straw sticking out, so it spilled when I carried it. The most unforgivable thing was that they charged me 10% consumption tax even though I wasn't allowed to eat inside. The staff were rude and the food wasn't good. Even if they have a birthday event, I wouldn't want to go there again. It would just ruin my mood.
I went to this shop because I wanted a Kapho. Since they distribute numbered tickets in limited quantities, I lined up early in the morning. However, the order of entry is not based on the ticket number, so I returned 30 minutes before opening and lined up again. I was very happy to be able to eat in such a cute and decorated space. I would definitely like to visit again for the next member's birthday. However, I thought it would be nice if they could ask the number of people when they give out the numbered tickets and tell them to come back at 11:00 am for this number or 11:30 am for that number.
