This natural bakery uses domestic wheat and ingredients, and their original breads, such as balloon bread, are eye-catching. The bakery is located in Shibuya-chika, which is on the left side of the stairs down to the basement near the Hachiko statue in Shibuya Station. **Kibi Milk French** The cream made with the bakery's homemade condensed milk and kibi sugar is mellow and has a milky flavor that isn't too sweet. I had it for breakfast the next day, and the bread had a soft French-like texture that went well with the soft cream. **Chocolate French** It has a crunchy texture like malt chocolate and a creamy chocolate filling. It's also not too sweet and easy to eat. I was in a hurry to buy some bread from several stores before a dinner party, so I chose items that were easy to take away. I didn't buy the balloon bread, but I was interested in other items, so I'd like to stop by again when I'm in the area. Incidentally, I've bought bread here several times. I've even bought balloon bread at the Yokohama Takashimaya store.

The showcase displays beautiful breads that evoke a foreign atmosphere. While it always seems busy, I was able to order within 10 minutes. This time, I ordered the "Chocolat France." It features small French bread filled with chunky chocolate. I was curious how the chocolate stayed in place, but it seems to be secured with homemade ganache cream. The overall flavor is quite bitter, so I think it would be best enjoyed with milk or a sweet drink. ☺︎︎ Order List ・Chocolat France 346 yen ・ ・ ♪ About Me I go to eat at various places, including those I find on Google Maps and those recommended by friends. I want to introduce them on Instagram, but I'm slacking off. If you follow me, I'll follow you back! @k.gourmeet

I usually only buy bread from this shop, but I decided to try their sweets for the first time. I had the "Juuni Bun Pudding"! It's a roll cake-like structure with a firm pudding on the inside, surrounded by whipped cream, and then a fluffy sponge cake on the outside. The top of the sponge is caramelized, giving it a slightly bitter sweetness that's surprisingly pudding-like. It's not only cute to look at, but the balance of flavors and textures is excellent. I was very satisfied. Thank you for the delicious treat.

I recently visited "Juunibun Bakery" in Shibuya! It's located in Shibu-chika, right by the station. Shibu-chika is like a basement food court, with a variety of prepared foods and sweets. This time, I wanted to try a lot of things in Shibu-chika, so I only bought the popular "Chocolat France." There were so many tempting items besides bread, like tarts and canelé, that I had a hard time choosing! The "Chocolat France" is a French baguette filled with homemade ganache cream and crunchy pearl chocolate. The bread itself is delicious, but the cream and chocolate inside were also amazing. It was a dish that satisfied both taste and texture! ◆ Order - Chocolat France: ¥346 ◆ About Me I explore various restaurants, including ramen, izakayas, and yakiniku! I introduce different places on Instagram, so please check it out! @gurume.kuro

Jūnibun Bakery's Rustic An-Butter I visited "Jūnibun Bakery Shibuya Store", a 5-minute walk from Shibuya Station. While the Shinjuku branch is a famous bakery, this one is located in Shibuya Mark City B1, Shibu-chika. I arrived around 7:00 PM on a weekday and there was no wait. I was able to check out smoothly. I purchased the Rustic An-Butter for 346 yen. The An-Butter is a delicious combination of rich butter and moderately sweet red bean paste. The richness and flavor of the butter are truly remarkable. I enjoyed it until the very last bite.
